I assume that they're just running out the lease on this place? The shelves are bare or at most 10-20% stocked. It's less a retail store and more of an interactive museum to the death of retail.

Do not come here looking for a specific item. 90% of the shelves are empty. I can guarantee you won’t find what you’re looking for. The shoplifters here stuff their bags and go, and leave the shelves bare. The poor employees are constantly being asked if they are closing by customers, or being harassed by shoplifters. They aren’t closing, it really is just a horrendous shoplifting issue.

Entire pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. They make getting your prescriptions a total hassle and never have them on time.

Possibly the worst pharmacy in the developed world. They incorrectly dispensed my migraine medication for months until I finally got one of them to call my insurance and see that I was supposed to be getting more. She said she had taken care of it.
I go to pick it up today and everyone is clueless and one of them LAUGHED and shook his head when I said they had been dispensing an incorrect quantity. They eventually cleared it up but not without trying to get me to call my insurance.
Additionally, the are very slow to fill things and they are constantly out of things and can only do a partial prescription, creating more frustration for me. Avoid if possible.

This pharmacy is the worst. They can take weeks to get your prescription. They have had the prescription for over a week and until I called they didnt order it. I called cause I am almost out and they told me it would be another couple of days cause they just ordered it. I will be out for a day or two. When questioned about it Jackson turned rude and became belligerent. Told me I could go elsewhere. Well here I go elsewhere. Jackson was very rude and doesn't care. Saw on the news that this store is in the top 10 of the worst stores in America, now I see why. Will never shop there again even though I live 3 blocks away.

I sent 5 prescriptions to this location, they canceled ALL OF THEM. I have been trying to call and nobody answers the phone. This is disappointing!

The store has completely given up any attempts to be better. they have nothing in stock. Most of the shelves are empty. and have been like this for over a year now. please put it’s out of its misery and close it or sell it . it’s just wasting space

I’ve called this pharmacy so many times over the past 2 years and not once have they answered a phone call. I’ll be on hold for 30 minutes, then it’ll start ringing, and then they never pick up and the call ends. This happens EVERY time. Seriously, these people are the worst. I loved my walgreens back in Wisconsin, but this place is just terrible.

The most jacked up screwed up Walgreens I know. They didn't have my photo order two days in a row when it said it was ready on my email. And the girl helping me was watching a movie on her phone with her earphone the whole time haha. Not really helpful she just told me to try another Walgreens. Lol can't believe people can't do a Walgreens job poor things need education and to learn how to work

Trashy, and i always end up having to wait in a line because they pay people to stand around the store, but not to be on a register. Weird place. Never feel safe.

Second time I’ve ordered photos but I come to get them and the photo machine is broken but there was no communication about my order delay. To their credit, it does say they’ll email you when ready but it was ready a week later, not the 4 hours they promised. That kind of delay could benefit from proactive communication.

My fiancée had an allergic reaction and started breaking out in hives on his face. We get here at 11:57 when they close at 12 and they have doors locked with customers inside and they’re refusing to let us in to just grab Benadryl. Whoever tf Damien is, he just smirked at the door and said sorry.

Don't even bother making a vaccine appointment here. You will arrive on time, only to be shuffled into a single line that includes everyone waiting for prescriptions, consultations, insurance issues, etc., simply so you can complete a check-in process that you probably already completed online. Your appointment time clearly means nothing to them. A company of this size should have an automated smartphone check-in and text notification system, allowing appointments to go straight to the waiting area and bypass the prescription line altogether. This would reduce inconvenience, not only to those with appointments, but also to those awaiting prescriptions, as well as to the staff who are ringing them up. Instead of being forced to hold their place in an already crowded and irritating line, a smartphone check-in system would instead allow those awaiting vaccine appointments to perhaps even shop in the store while they wait, potentially generating more revenue for Walgreens; what a concept! Instead we have total chaos, and a rude, overworked staff who can't be bothered with any questions. Since I didn't have what would have likely amounted to 30 to 60 minutes for a 10 minute appointment, I canceled. Why have an appointment system in the first place if there is not even an attempt to honor it?

If I could give this place a negative score I would. Today as I am waiting in the area for my Covid and flu shot, they aren’t open yet and it’s 915 am, I receive a call THAT THEY HAVE NO PHARMACIST COMING IN TODAY.This is absolutely disgusting.Every month I have to come in and deal with these people giving me attitude for my medications, questioning me, victimizing me, and quick to blame their employers. I’m sorry but I come in for my medications, not to listen to how awful Walgreens corporate/that call center is. WE DONT CARE. We want our health care.You will never wait less then 20 minutes. It takes them hours to put 30 pills in one container. I hope they all get fired that entire pharmacy, I have not met a single person back there who has been remotely courteous. Your misery is not my problem, give me my medications and my vaccines and quit making so many excuses.

The pharmacist(s) and pharmacy techs at this location are incompetent. My prescription was sent in on a Wednesday, and each day until Sunday they kept saying it would be ready by X time that day but it was not.They also don't understand the importance of answering their phones. They pick the phone up and put it on hold without saying anything. I'm truly not sure how this pharmacy remains open without any DORA oversight.
