This Walgreens is by far the worst. It’s the closest Walgreens to me for photo pick up. I print photos every month for work projects. And I’m not kidding when I say every single time I come to get my photos there’s an issue. Either the employees cannot find my photos because they lost them, or misplaced them. Or the photos are not ready even though I was emailed saying they were. OR I have to wait an insane amount of time for them to mess with the machines. I understand customer service is a difficult job, and I am very patient. But please for the love of go get photos printed anywhere else or suffer the consequences. Lines are long, pharmacy never is open, employees are unprofessional, and the store is constantly a mess. 0/10

The last few times I have visited this pharmacy, the staff and whoever answers their phone have been incredibly rude. They tried telling me that I am unable to request a refill online and that "the only way to get a refill is by calling," even though I have been requesting refills online for years now. I will be finding a different pharmacy because this place is trash. The girl who answered their phone bragged about how she has worked there for 8 years and told me I'm wrong, even though I have been a customer for nearly 5 years.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location have been exceptional. They have been extremely helpful and kind to me. Consistantly offering patience and great customer service. The staff is professional, efficient and just an amazing group of people! They definitely
care. I am grateful for all of their help.

If you are able to drive to a pharmarcy literally anywhere within a few miles of this place that is not near downtown, don't even question sending your pickup here. I understand the location of this place makes is convenient (and highly crowded), but it is understaff and never worth the time. I was told to call other pharmacies to see if they were in stock, you would think they would be functional enough to have a regional quick look up database to at least give an example of somewhere that says its in stock but instead told me to do my own research and call around (which another location I called did in under 20seconds),
Not to mention the rest of my order was scheduled for a 2pm pickup time, came back at 5 and said maybe it will be ready between 7-8pm. I came back at 8:20pm and they were closed. The hours posted directly on the door of the pharmacy said they close at 9.
This has not been my first experience dealing with this pharmacy but will certainly be my last. Good luck pharm techs, its probably (hopefully) not 100% your fault, but this location is broken.
I can't belive I've finally broken and been a google review karen

Always had an easy time picking up prescriptions here. It’s a decent Walgreens otherwise.

They were wonderful! The pharmacist/tech was so helpful and kind! I was still all numb from a dental procedure and they were amazing!

This location is absurd and is temporarily closed once every 3 weeks for an indiscriminate amount of time. I can’t believe I still rely on it for pharmacy, shame on me really.

I have all my photos done here. Becca is the best. She takes her time and they always turn out amazing. The employees are all very nice and I will keep coming back for more photos.

Pharmacy department- 1/29. A basic transaction was met with crass behavior, absence of empathy, and poor customer service. Customers represent people who may be a little sick or battling an illness with no cure. I don't know if the pharmacy person who waited on me was in crisis, or just hangry, but she should not be working with the public.

I came in tonight to pick up a prescription and ended up picking up a few extra items. My cashier was a younger girl and I had a question about price matching the walgreens app and she asked a manager if she could and the manager spoke to her in an extremely condescending tone. It made me extremely uncomfortable. The manager was an older woman, the way she spoke to her was as if she was an idiot. This young girl mentioned to me that she was a teacher and that this was her second job and that made me more angry at the way she was treated. Our teachers go through enough without having to be berated at another job. DO BETTER WALGREENS. This girl is obviously smart enough to be a teacher, if she doesn't know something that's on your management team. I've been in retail management for 7 years and would never discourage an employee from asking questions and trying to learn.

I'm not sure what's going on with the staff at this location. Cashier at self-checkout screaming at the top of her lungs across the store, like a creature from the ghetto. Aggressively arguing with customers and staff. Manager couldn't calm her down. Every other word out of her mouth is the F bomb. I tried to file a complaint with the store manager. But she seemed afraid of the employee. She ended up having to ask a supervisor to help out. I think she was afraid of being beaten up. Beyond that, if you have a loose cannon like this. You should fire her on the spot. Absolutely no reason to have to deal with this trash. Fingernails, so disgustingly dirty it looked like she was digging in her a$$.

The actual pharmacy part of the “pharmacy“ is permanently closed! There is no mention of this on the website. I had an rx called in to this location for a sick child. No mention of the pharmacy being shut down on the automated telephone greeting to check rx status and no one would pick up the phone after being on hold for 50 minutes.I finally drove to the “pharmacy” to figure out what was happening with my child’s medication only to find the pharmacy in the back literally shuttered. The manager said “nothing I can do. Your doctor will have to call the prescription in to another pharmacy“.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy manager was extremely rude. I went to pick up my prescription after a long 13 hour day (I’m an ICU nurse) and was treated with such hatred, I was astonished. I was told my prescription would be ready but it wasn’t filled or ready when I got there. I have never been treated so disrespectful by an employee of a store. I called the manager for 2 weeks to speak with him about the incident leaving multiple messages with no returned phone call. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. This is the first review I have ever left but something needed to be said. 0/10 Walgreens.

This location frequently is late on photo orders or simply cannot process an order. The employees are lazy or inattentive. I once saw one eating an ice cream while working. Pharmacy itself is almost always a very long wait or they are out of medications. They made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me I had to drive to another location 15 minutes away to get the prescription. I’m done shopping here. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I've had repeated issues with this Walgreens Pharmacy being unreliable. On multiple occasions, they've closed without any prior notice, leaving me unable to pick up my essential medications. This uncertainty is not only inconvenient but also stressful, as I'm left waiting to see if they'll open the next day. I also have to go through the hassle of transferring my prescription to another location, which involves more waiting for the prescription to be fulfilled. Such inconsistency in service is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where people rely on timely access to their medications.
