Save yourself a headache. I was with this pharmacy 3 years because they were so close, and I have trouble getting my meds almost every single month. They send me incorrect text messages about my meds. Their app and automated systems are also awful, which is probably not the fault of this location.

The pharmacy has been closed for days without notice, so I have been unable to pick up two medications that greatly affect my quality of life. Still, I am receiving daily texts reminding me to pick up my prescriptions and letting me know the pharmacy's hours which are of course innacurate. I am currently transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and will not be returning to any Walgreens.

Can't keep posted hours. My wife just had spinal surgery. We had her post op pain prescriptions sent to this location to be filled. They filled the prescriptions but the pharmacy closed early with no posted notification online. My wife is without the pain relief we entrusted them to not only fill but expected them to be open as posted.Walgreen's is not to be trusted. Beware!

Don't ignore the negative reviews about this pharmacy. I'm not one to leave negatives myself but they truly take the cake on poor service. Terrible communication, rude staff, slow refills, long wait times in person or over the phone, etc. God forbid you have to fill a controlled substance because they will come up with a problem on every attempt to fill. They delayed mine claiming insurance had denied it. But when I called my insurance they said it had been approved. Then this pharmacy delayed it -again- now claiming that my doctor's DEA License wasn't active. Upon a call to my doctor they were clear that wasn't the case; but when they attempted to contact this pharmacy themselves no one would pickup the phone. When I called the pharmacy to give them a heads up my doctor had left a message with the info needed to clear up any confusion- the woman I was speaking to got an attitude and claimed there was no message, essentially nothing they would do to try to resolve it, refused to give a number for my doctor to call them at, and said that I'd have to just get the prescription from a different doctor. Right... I'll just walk in and get a script for a controlled substance from someone else real quick. Are you kidding me?I have now missed multiple doses of a much needed medication because they failed to communicate in a timely manner and can't be bothered to even attempt to fix issues on their side. If there's a medication you NEED don't ever use this pharmacy. The same doctor they're claiming doesn't have a valid license sent the script to a different pharmacy and I got it filled and picked up within an hour. Corporate/management-- if you can't be bothered to get the pharmacy at least half way functional just shut it down already. Unacceptable.

Horrible service, pharmacy changes the hours daily without notice, most of the time closed early, under staff, rude and do not care about clients needs, they should close this location.

This place is an absolute mess. Nobody seems to know what to do, the pharmacy line only grew and grew.Incompetence was on display and it was an ugly scene.Employees seemed to lack training and basic understanding of their job duties.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now. I never used to have issues until this year.I received a blood glucose monitor, but didn't end up getting to use it until a month or so later, because I was waiting on the test strips. I kept getting an error saying it wouldn't be covered by my insurance... Went through a series of calls with my doctor's office and insurance to find out that there was an incorrect code on the pharmacy's part. It would have been run as "durable medical equipment".So, by the time I went to open the monitor and realized it had already been opened and one of the lancets missing, it was too late to return the already opened monitor.On top of that, one of my other medications was filled with the incorrect amount, and I had to wait a couple weeks to get the right amount for that refill.I understand that we're all human, and we make mistakes, but it really feels like this pharmacy is either severely understaffed or there are pharmacists who are not paying attention to what they're doing. For me, this has only cost me more time, money, and frustrations in managing my disease and symptoms of my disease. For someone else, a mistake could result in something much more dangerous or fatal.If you use this pharmacy, please check your prescriptions before you leave and make sure that everying is correct, or not already used.

I personally don't understand the hate of the other reviews. These people went above and beyond for me. I was picking up emergency pain Medicine for my brother and they got it done super fast! Julian the tech helping me was outstanding!!

THEY STEAL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS Id give this place zero stars if I could, I was prescribed OxyContin for my back pain, they told me I had to go to a different location to get my filling and when I came to the other location they said it had already been filled, the pharmacists here steal your prescriptions for themselves , which makes sense because it's ran like their all on stolen drugs, all they do is take random drugs and give out the wrong information to people, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now I need to go back to the hospital and get all of my prescriptions rewritten to a different store, far far away from this horrible place.

Every time I walk into this Walgreens it looks like it was just looted. It's a dirty wreck. Today, the cashier had a cat with her. Also, please update pharmacy hours. I came needing to fill an urgent prescription. Pharmacy was closed when they posted that it was open.

Don't bother trying to call. THE PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! You will definitely be on hold for at least an hour even if you're "next up" on the list.

The pharmacy here is awful. Every single time you go here, there is some kind of issue. They simply do not answer their phone as a rule, so there is no way of checking anything. Today I got there only to find out their pharmacy is closed because they can't find a pharmacist. I can't transfer the prescription to another branch because it's controlled. So basically it's "Sorry you feel that way but screw you."It has been days trying to get stuff out of them. I finally gave up. I'll be checking options with my provider, hopefully I can go through Costco pharmacy or somewhere that actually functions.EDIT: If your prescription is covered by United Healthcare, they do cover Costco pharmacies. The one on Havana isn't super far away and they're way more organized and professional.
