If the pharmacy is CLOSED for lunch put out a sign and get away from the counter. Instead of being rude and making all the customers wait in line for 15 minutes before you walk out and say "you're on break". Then you decide you will help and the whole time you complain to everyone in line that you are on break and continue to be rude and throw attitude towards the customers like a teenager. Then slam the window closed while I'm removing my items. Very unprofessional, from a "medical professional". Disappointed in the pharmacist at Walgreens.

I want to thank you for having an incredible team on managers. Yasmin had the patience I needed to create a photo to my perfection. Thank you so much and yes I will be back. That's true integrity for the company you work for. Job well Done.

Absolutely the most frustrating experience. Was prescribed a new medication for my mental health. I was so excited to get started on it, so I could feel better. Received an email at 12:55 that my prescription was ready. Got there at 1:05 to find that the pharmacy was closed for THE DAY. Couldn’t wait until the 1:30 lunchtime. Will they be open tomorrow? Who knows. Switching pharmacies after this.

This review is for the pharmacy. This was my last trip to this pharmacy. I've been battling with it being subpar for a two years now. It took over two days to fill a simple prescription of very common drugs. I have three of four with one another one not even being mentioned. I dislike the way I'm so openly asked my name, home address, birthdate and phone number. Then, the drugs I'm picking up are recited to me for confirmation. Everyone in line can hear this entire conversation. The woman in front of me in line is no longer a "stranger" to me as I knew her home address, phone number, birthday (age) and can guess at her ailments as I know what drugs she's taking. This all seems terribly wrong. I'm moving my prescriptions to King Soopers.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Got there 10 minutes before close, as i came straight from Urgent Care. The tech had to grab another tech to understand my insurance information, then argued with me about the card that showed my insurance information. She only pulled out two of my three scripts. When I told her there was a third, she grabbed the second tech (that had argued with me previously), pointed to the computer and said, \\\"it's 6:03, we're closed.\\\" I pleaded with her, and then she complained to the pharmacist. I was told to go sit down as they closed and drew down the steel window cover. I could hear them complaining from my chair, then the first tech that helped me came out and had the audacity to lie to me that the third medicine just happened to be \\\"out of stock,\\\" so I'd have to come back tomorrow...and no offering to let me pay for the scripts they pulled. I have bronchitis, haven't slept in three days, and my chest was on fire from all my coughing. (Also, I know there is a labor shortage, but it's deplorable that rudeness, uncaring attitudes, and lies are accepted merely because it's a person showing up to work.)

Pharmacist closed the drive thru while people with Covid were in line, forcing them to go inside. I asked why he can't do both and he said it's too much to do. Meanwhile there was no one in line inside! Too bad he can't go between the two ... has to cater to the same amount of people either way and drive thru is safer when you're sick. Needs to learn how to work. I asked where the antigen tests were and he told me in a condescending tone as if I should have seen them. Guess he was upset that I asked about why he closed the drive thru. This pharmacy always has issues anyway. It's slow and disorganized.

For the last few days the pharmacy has been closed for some reason. No updated hours on the website and seemingly no way to get my prescription (that I’ve been waiting 3 days to pick up) transferred to a different pharmacy. Seems like others have had similar issues with this location in the past.

Is there a way to give fewer stars? Dropped my script off at 10:45. Was told it would be ready after 13:00. I came back after work at 17:35 and stood in line for 24 minutes to find out the store "didn't have the medication in stock". I asked if the medication was in stock when I dropped off my script and was told "yes". I'm at a pharmacy b/c I don't feel well. Please be decent enough to say "no" so I can go to another pharmacy and get what I need. Kudos to Eric (AM) for being sympathetic. Eric, Walgreeds [sic] doesn't deserve you. I drove over to the Belleview location (store #7432) and Kristine made it happen. Walgreens? Meh. Walgreens @ Sheridan (store# 10116)? Nah.

Updating to 1 star. I had dental emergency today and had my dentist send scripts to this Walgreens. When I arrived at 6:40 there's a handwritten sign \"Pharmacy closed at 6. Sorry for the inconvenience\". So I'm without antibiotics and pain meds because these people can't even follow their own hours. I recently moved to the area and have used Walgreens for years. After 2 interactions with this location I'm done with Walgreens. Similar experience as others. Notifications that script is ready for pick up, drive there, find out its not ready and won't be for at least 45 minutes. Holding up all my refills pending a response from my Dr. for vitamin D that I didn't want refilled in the first place. I'm sure the folks there are trying and I understand staffing is rarely adequate in these corporate pharmacies. But these were unforced errors. Nuts and bolts execution and they can't seem to pull it off.

I had an appointment for my Covid booster. When I checked in, I waited over 20 minutes past the appointment time before they administered the shot. The pharmacy was clearly understaffed for the need of the clients.

It has been a very long time that I continually have issues with Walgreens pharmacy. From them just closing without any notice or telling patients when they submit a prescription they can't get them, to them not initiating transfers to another pharmacy, etc. I really don't understand how they continue with such poor practices. I understand they are short staffed everyone is, but communication with your patients who need these medication's is key and would go along way. I am now having King Soopers initiate prescription transfers for the third time hopefully Walgreens will actually get it done

Prescriptions called in. Had been 45 minutes. Then I was told it would be another hour. I don't understand how I haven't gotten a notification if they are ready it has been over 2 hours. Had to call and they are ready and have been sitting there for an hour. I think you need more staffing or need a new staff if you can't get it together. People that are Ill don't want to be driving around waiting and having to go back to get something that had been ready or shouldn't take an hour to get it filled. Total of 3 hours of my time. Thanks I'll be going to CVS from now on. I'll not be back. Neither will my roommate, my friends or family.

All I can say is wow! I switched to this location for my pharmacy needs about 5 months ago and they ALWAYS gone above and beyond. Matt, the Pharmacist is very attentive and always makes sure I'm doing ok every month! They also make sure My side affects are too bad and if they are, they give me a solution to help it! Ontop of that, every single pharmacy tech is phenomenal as well. Especially because they deal with some super mean patrons, they have always handled it very elegantly. I'm probably betting most of the bad pharmacy reviews are people that couldn't get their way. But if you are courteous to them, they will give it right back! I have recommended these guys to all of my friends and family if they need a medication filled.Ps. Don't be rude, obnoxious, etc to the pharmacy techs, or pharmacists. It will get you NOWHERE. They are having a hard time as having people that want to work, so they are running a bit slower than not, bit if you are RESPECTFUL, and tell them how quickly you need your medication. They will accommodate. And on the other side of that coin, if you are rude to them, you will get absolutely no where with them. You can he a part of the solution and not part of the problem. And honestly if you do end up choosing to have your meds filled somewhere else because you think that hurts them, it actually helps the people that are kind and courteous to them to get our stuff even faster so thanks for that
