My prescription was call in at 1:40 today, it is 5:50 and it is still not ready. This place just needs to be shut down. It is such a nasty store.

I recently needed a prescription filled. My doctor sent the prescription to this Walgreens around 11am. When I called at 4pm to check the status, they hadn't even begun processing it and told me that I wouldn't be able to pick up until 1pm the next day. When I told them that wasn't acceptable (I needed to begin the medication ASAP), they told me they'd do their best and to call back before they closed (6pm). I called around 5:30 and my prescription had been filled - yay! However, when I went to pick it up, they told me that my insurance had denied coverage and that I had to pay full price. Because it was so late in the day and I needed the prescription, I agreed. I contacted my insurance later because this pharmacy was listed as \\\"in-network\\\". Turns out, they never even ran this prescription claim through my insurance and lied to my face about coverage being denied. Do not use this pharmacy if you care about prescriptions being filled in a timely matter or people lying to your face and taking your money.

I recently had a medical scare and I needed my new medication urgently, I usually use this pharmacy as my go-to. The pharmacy was completely closed during normal business hours, without warning. The automated machine just said it was closed for the rest of the day, didn't even connect me to a human being to tell me why or how to get my medication transferred somewhere else. By the time I realized this, my doctor's office was closed so I had to go to the emergency room to pick up the medication instead. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Visiting from out of town. Contacted this pharmacy for refill of pain medication and within less than 5 minutes the refill was processed and ready for pickup. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Came to Walgreens in Colfax And Krameria at 10:15 am Sunday morning . Literally there were two customers in the building. I walked to the register and employee with the initials L.C . another employee were at the counter chatting. Neither lifted their head to say good morning hello or anything. I walked put my stuff in front of the register and waited. Finally Lexi came swayed and said did you find anything and that was the only thing she said to me. 0 stars for customer service.

I don't get prescriptions often, so have no idea how anything works. The guy on the phone was super patient with me and filled the prescription in 15 minutes. Super helpful.

I was on hold for over 50 minutes, then someone picked up and hung up immediately. I call back and suddenly there's 2 callers ahead of me? Low key ridiculous.

I really try to stay away from negative reviews because it's not my vibe so the situation has to be absolutely atrocious for me to feel it necessary to address a negative experience. I made a flu vaccine appointment at this pharmacy, just to make the process as efficient as possible. It is advertised that appointments are not needed and walk-ins are welcome but I like to make appointments regardless in these situations. My appointment was for 2:15 pm on a Friday. I arrived five minutes early to a short line which grew to an extremely long line while I waited for about ten minutes. That was no problem but once I checked in, I was told I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. It is extremely disappointing and frankly, very poor customer service to disregard appointment times and have customers wait for an excessive amount of time despite having an appointment confirmed. This would never happen at Target or King Soopers pharmacies. I only came to this Walgreens because I fill my prescriptions through a different Walgreens location that was not giving flu shots. I deeply regret this choice. I will never use this pharmacy in the future.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The last three or so times I've been in the drive through and left without my medication because I'd been waiting so long. I finally just switched pharmacies.

The worst pharmacy for answering their phone! Extremely poor customer service. I'll be transferring my scripts out of this store! Hire more people to serve your customers.

I ordered my medication by phone, picked it up with only a short wait and left. Not much to be said, but it was easy and convenient. That's generally what I'm looking for when I am sick and need urgent medication, so I'm quite happy with the experience.

Silvia at the pharmacy was incredibly helpful during a stressful day as I tried to navigate numerous, and very glitchy, online systems to receive, and then upload, my COVID test for upcoming travel. I needed to revisit the pharmacy to be tested numerous times and Sylvia was a true healthcare partner guiding me through the confusion so I could properly take my trip. This Walgreens location is lucky to have her on the pharmacy staff. Thank you!
