This is literally the worst pharmacy in the world I cannot ever understand how nothing is ready and you have to wait literally 30 minutes for the incredibly rude, uneducated pharmacist to tell you why they have yet to fill your medication or my new favorite PUTTING IT BACK BECAUSE I TOOK TO LONG. Never go here

Unfortunately these shelves are forever empty. I have come to this Walgreens on several occasions and every single visit cosmetics area looks like this. All other areas of the stores are pretty stocked, not sure the story behind the cosmetics area looking like this all the time. Very inconvenient and frustrating since it's the only Walgreens in the area

Greetings, let me tell you about my Walgreens experience today with the photo labs in the 20220 area. Around 11 am I submitted an order for 26 prints and an 11x7 print to Krameria and Colfax Around 3 pm I called for an update- they said "oh, we should have called you - we don't have the photo paper size you need- Resubmit the order to another Walgreens." So I called the Walgreens at 29th and Quebec "oh yes we have the paper -just resubmit the order!" Well the website does not have the 29th and Quebec site on the Walgreens app. Needed to choose yet another site So now I call the Walgreens at 35th and colorado. " yes, we can handle that order and we understand you need it today " 'submit it to the website. " Done around 4 pm! Got a confirmation number and all that - At 7:30 I call the Walgreens at 35 and colorado and they tell me they have no record of the order. At this point I'm a little hot and upset and say I have a confirmation number. I have a tense conversation with " judy" who hangs up on me because per judy, she doesn't have to deal with rude people. I ask to speak with a manager. She says I am the manager but does nothing to investigate or try to resolve my issue. This is a manager?? Now it's 8 pm, I'm trying for 9 hours to get prints for a grad party this week and am hopping mad. Still no resolution and I need to go elsewhere to another vendor. I'm done with Walgreens and pulling my scrips. They need to close this location. Simple. Ends up they had these photos since early the night before - never got an email as promised. printed by the same person who said there was no record of receiving . Total incompetence and attitude. And the photos they gave me had a bunch of photos that weren't mine. And then I asked they reprint- I got 17/26 of what I was charged for. The " manager" shrugged her shoulders and blamed the computer. At that at point I just had to leave.

This place sucks. Pharmacy closed randomly. Drive thru is always closed. Constantly understaffed. Can't refill scripts within a week of when they say it will be done. Which is frustrating when it's important meds. I'm moving all my scripts to Safeway because this store is unreliable. It's within walking distance for me but no longer worth. Rude staff as well.

The pharm techs are so nice but nothing seems to work here. The app will say the meds are ready but they aren't. The app will say to call them and they'll be ready. The pharmacy will also be closed due to low staff. They aren't open on weekends. I have come multiple times in a couple weeks to try and get my refills. I'm standing in line now hopefully for the last time. I can't keep running out of meds due to the operation of Walgreens pharmacy.

If I could leave no stars I would. Far and away the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Don't even have words to describe their lack of attention to the customers, crazy long wait times, rude pharmacists, just everything sucks here, stay away

This store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. Everyone who works there hates their job apparently. Terrible hours. They randomly just close now for entire days. It's so absurd. The pharmacy is horrifyingly bad. I had to move all prescriptions because there were so many issues. Also, their pharmacy hours are freaking terrible. Walgreens is known as being a pharmacy yet they aren't open at all on weekends. What. The. F$&@! I try to never go here unless it's a dire emergency. Last dire emergency the store was closed anyway. Go figure.

Worst Walgreens ever!!! Waited in line for 15mins with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Mind you I was the second person in line for photo. Please cross train your staff to be able to do cashier service for retail and photo retail.

I know pharmacies everywhere are hurting for staff right now but a little communication from Walgreens would go a long way in helping to alleviate the total frustration of trying to fill anything at this location's pharmacy. I had two prescriptions sent in 6 days ago, and after calling at the 3-day mark to find out the pharmacy was 'temporarily closed' that day, to calling yesterday three times to wait on three separate hour-long holds before I presume the system auto hangs up, to calling this morning to another temporary closure, I have no idea why my prescriptions are taking so long to process. Get in touch with corporate and they will tell you you need to call the pharmacy - hah! I am out of meds that I need to help me function during the day. If you are struggling to staff, why not send prescriptions to another location that can fill them and give people the medications they need? I dread to think what's happening to other customers here who rely on their prescriptions for much more serious issues than mine.

I'm sorry, but at this point businesses can no longer use Covid as an excuse for terrible hours and poor service. It's been almost two years, it's time to show some innovation and initiative and stop using Covid as a crutch to explain failings. Peoples' sympathy and patience has run out.

Do not go here. Would do 0 stars if possible. The manager of the pharmacy doesn't seem to care if LIVE SAVING MEDS ARE CALLED IN BY HER STAFF OR NOT. No regard for life clearly.

WORST ever. No workers, and the ones they do have for the registers don't know how to use them or they are standing around chit-chatting, chewing bubble gum and looking at their phones. Plus- the shelves are always empty, they aren't stocking half of their products anymore. And DON'T try the order online-pickup in store thing. They won't even answer the phone to bring your order. They won't have what you want but charge you anyway and you'll never be able to get that fixed because there is no one to get back to you.

I've never experienced slower lines in any Walgreens. Waiting 30-45 minutes in line just to speak to a pharmacy tech is normal

0 stars. Longest lines, 2 workers if they are LUCKY. They never have your meds ready on time. After you wait 20 min in line, expect to wait another 30 minutes for the pharmacist to approve your medication. The app is just as terrible. No notifications if they put your meds back on the shelf. Please, for your own sanity go to another Walgreens further away.
