I used to work for this organization for six years in the Meals on Wheels department and I can confirm that this organization is, first of all, openly hostile to LGBTQ employees, but they also refuse to get rid of incompetent management and fail to follow proper HPAA protocols. If DRCOG, who funds the program, ever paid them a visit, they'd shut down Meals on Wheels immediately.

I've been waiting patiently for assistance and food all weekend, planning to go today, and they were closed for labor day too. I guess they only help the needy when it's convenient for them. Really disappointed, especially since I wasted a quarter tank of gas to get there.
