“I wanted to give this place five stars, All the employees here are pretty friendly and helpful. I’ll except for the manager for the vitamins. Me and another lady needed help, in fact we are trying to help each other. When the manager of the vitamin department came over, she acted like we were bothering her and it seemed so bothered that she had to put a box down to help us. When I asked her what she would recommend, She was very rude and was saying well I don’t know what you want when I had just stated what I was looking for. She did the same to the other lady who needed help. This is probably one of the greatest encounters I’ve had with someone, And if she hate your job that much I think she probably shouldn’t be working there, especially in a customer facing position. She would be better off in the back not talking to anyone, Very negative energy and I definitely won’t be going Back there to ask about vitamins! Associates in the vitamin section in Northfield are a lot more friendly!”

“I'm kinda bummed this location is closing. I enjoy their grab and go food and bulk items. Plus, everyone who works there is extremely friendly and they care for the safety of their customers. Yesterday when there was gun fire down the road, security and staff made sure everyone was protected and safe. Even if it was a precaution, it's better to be safe and I really appreciate that. A couple weeks ago I had lost my data due to recently moving and having to prioritize bills, however when I asked for help calling my job for a schedule mixup an employee named Doug not only helped but showed empathy by expressing himself having been there and hoping the best for me. While maybe small to an employees day it made the weeks so much nicer and during a stressful time like that it’s moments like those that stick with you. Thank you to the store and to Doug for building an atmosphere of kindness”

Some other reviews complain of being given the wrong thing and getting sick, but when you're buying supplements, never rely on the store you're buying from to prescribe! “Manager with short hair was getting yelled at by indian guy that had a return. She was trying to be so respectful in her reasoning for policy of the company returns but he was being aggressive so i stuck around until it was de escalated. I like the ladies in this store they are all nice and will always help you find what you're looking for. It's a store that i always try to look out for given I'm so local. Never have an issue and the older short hair lady that runs the register is always so nice. Seems like a very calm crew with a positive and non chaotic work environment. The feeling i get is always chill likely because the main manager is nice and respectful to her staff. I love this location here in Brighton”
