The worst Verzion store as a new customer walked in no one asked if I needed help a lady walks in after 10 mins I been waiting and right away she asked if she needs help then a group of people come out and a dark brown gentleman asked if I been help then comes over and ask can I help you I said picking up a order and I told him I been waiting for over 10 mins and he said really and then a guy comes over and says I thought we was helping you out already do I keep my new service with Verizon or cancel it

I came in earlier to do a upgrade early teacher and the associates are just very unprofessional. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to even the manager was very mean and looking at me weird very judging never go to the store zero out of five.

Such detestable people only want you to get a phone, phones on credit, they have no prices on the devices to only offer the most expensive ones on credit.

Seems to be the on going problem. Been having service issues for a week now. Traveled to Kansas and Oklahoma with no service. Go in yesterday to get a new sim card. Waited 45 minutes to be told that my digital ID won't be accepted. It's all I have to my appointment later this month. So now I get to drive hours to my mother, just so she can get my phone fixed. Worst service id ever received

It was amazing how unhelpful the young man was who spoke with me. He told me to call a number and come back later. Why do I need to call Verizon when I am standing inside of a Verizon store? Really seemed like he did not want to make a sale.

I have to say while the Verizon change over has not been perfect for us. I will say the customer service for us at this store has been amazing! We bought our phones and changed 4 other devices over with Terrell. Terrell was on point getting our phones ordered and our account set up.
We ran into trouble with Verizon losing one of our trade in phones. Terrell spent over an hour with us getting it figured out. He could have easily passed the buck and told us to call customer service.
Go to tonight I stopped in because our switcher credit was denied and the team and the manager picked up the ball and got us all squared away.
I feel the customer service at this store is top notch.

I had a glitch with porting my phone, Hillary helped me, it wasn’t an easy process and she was so patient and helpful. I can’t recommend her highly enough. It was truly a great experience. Would recommend this store and Hillary in particular!!

Was super rude, walked in and instead of greeting me upon entering he just gave me a stare..
I then told him I just needed to activate a new phone.
He got me checked in asked for my ID, I told him I had my digital ID from the my Colorado ID app. He then told me I needed a physical ID. I had to ask 3 times if they accepted anything else, it wasn’t until then That he said they accept passport.
Left came back with the passport, he worked on the phone. Didn’t say a word. He got my new phone activated I just needed to transfer everything myself. He didn’t offer to help or anything just said my phone was ready
I asked for his manager… she was no better I explained my experience. She also just stared at me awkwardly and apologized. Also didn’t have much to say
I get home and was having issues getting the new phone going. Returned for the 3rd time! Had to ask for someone else to help me this time, then he stated he needed $30 to help me. That if he helped me out anymore he’d have to charge me! Even after I also told him this was my 3rd time trying to get help.
Horrible excuse for a store, surprised they are still in business after lookin at the other reviews too SMH

This is the first review I’ve ever written in my whole life because of how awful I was treated. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Came in this morning and right when I walked in all the employees seemed very annoyed I was there. I told them my SIM card kept disconnecting and the employee kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain. He made me feel very stupid and basically said he couldn’t help me and to call customer service instead. My father called customer service and was told we needed to go into the store and get a new SIM card which is what I figured I needed. I am not technologically inept and this customer service agent at the store made me feel that I was dumb for even asking this question. Went to another location got a new SIM card and now all is fixed. Barely spent 3 minutes in this store but left crying and having a panic attack. Avoid this store at all costs unless you don’t mind being treated like you are insignificant and bothering the employees.

I decided to switch from T-Mobile back to Verizon. In the past 2 weeks I have been to this location 3 times trying to get help. Today was the final straw when a rude customer service agent spent less than 30 seconds talking to me and gave me a number to call which got me nowhere!

Fun and calm store. Pedro administered profound excellence of Customer Service. As things were going smoothy and my requests were being answered, apparently a block was placed on my account from the Customer Call Center/Corporate Level. A block that if not for the empathy and tenacity of Pedro understanding the specifics of the situation(in person) along with Ken(teammate of Pedro) eventually learning of the scenario and choosing the integrity to assist Pedro and maintain assistance until everything was done for me to get the service I had requested. Wonderful Verizon Store and immeasurable quality of Customer Service. Pedro and Ken, All Pro service. Thank you.

I had a customer service with Brooke at the Verizon store and she was the very best!
Brooke’s professional and fun courteous help made me a believer. I will come back to Verizon because of Brooke. She gets 10years in my opinion.
