Went in here to get a new phone today. When there was an issue with my family’s account, I got my mom, one of the nicest people on planet earth, on speakerphone. The manager was SO condescending to her! I was shocked. Truly he was talking to her like he thought she was stupid. When in reality, it was an issue on Verizon’s end. My mom ended up going into a different store and got the issue sorted almost immediately.My family have been Verizon customers for almost 20 years and have never been treated this poorly at any store. Good thing there are others in the city because we’re never coming back to this one.

Paul and Luis were absolutely fantastic. Great customer service experience and made the entire process very easy and accessible. I would recommend speaking to Paul with all your business needs and to Luis if you have a personal account, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great staff and environment

Yo, Stefan is the absolute g.o.a.t. He knows his plans and phones backwards and forwards, down to the decimal point on the phone version. I threw all the hard and obscure questions at him and he didn’t even have to look at a screen to answer accurately. The computers google Stefan when THEY need info, he’s that good. And he was mindful of our parameters, lowest cost for quality included. I mean, promote this person asap, give him a raise, something. Folks like him are part of the reason we’ve been with Verizon so long (but also the loyalty perks ;) ).

RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, Peter LOCKED MY NEW TABLET the Kicked me out of the store with instructions to go to apple to have them unlock it . I had an Appointment wuth Peter at 10:30 am . I was told he was in the back he decided not to come out until 11 o’clock. I waited a half an hour because he had things to do. That’s what he said.. when I reminded him that we had an appointment at 10:30 he very rudely almost yelling, told me that he had other things to do that were very important before he came out like go to the bathroom and check his phone and other ridiculous things I got very upset I hadn’t even touched the tablet yet and they told me to leave the store immediately and go to Apple. I also ordered the new iPhone 15 and when Peter put my card through I knew it didn’t go through because I never got the notification on my phone and I told him it didn’t go through and he argued with me again and the fact is it never went through because I never got the phone. It was never ordered because it was never charged I wasted 4 1/2 hours for a half hour appointment that I was just supposed to pick up of a tablet and a case, then Sierra, the manager came out and stared at me in the most horrific scary way for 10 minutes. I had to beg her to stop staring at me. I walked into Apple crying and the manager help me within five minutes I return to the store to return my old tablet, and Sierra met me at the entrance with the most sarcastic horrific dialogue. Are you done already? Oh, I just can’t believe it. She was the most disgusting, horrible, ugly, unprofessional low class person I’ve ever met in my life. I would give them zero stars but it’s not an option. I’ve called the Better Business Bureau and I am going to write a letter to the company. No one should have to go through that ever.

TLDR: If you need services done for phone setup or service, I highly recommend going to a different Verizon store. Hopefully they’re a bit better for you.I’ve worked a number of service jobs, and I know how stressful and taxing it can be. But let me tell you, whatever was going on with the guy that helped me tonight was something else. After being talked to like a jerk for 10 minutes I found out he was beefing with the other guy on shift at the store, and that translated to him being unnecessarily rude to me and some elderly people he was also working with.I will say, I came into the store to get a service done, and after some unnecessary back and forth, that service was still fulfilled. But man. Take a chill pill or something, dude.

This store can be hit or miss with both service and supplies. This store is frequently cleaned out of stock of basic items such as screen protectors. I was here twice this week and my first experience was subpar with the person helping me out selling me a charger that didn’t fit my phone I was purchasing. However I was helped tonight by a young woman (didn’t catch her name) who deserves 5 stars. She checked people in quickly and efficiently and multitasked often doing 3 things at once. She helped me save money and made sure I had everything I needed while checking people in. And it was only her second day at this location. Thank you for being an all star and making my long day shorter.

Long story short, I had spent the better part of 6 months painfully porting my number to Verizon, only to be ended by a very sloppy porting job. This left me with an account that was split up & unusable with glitches galore. My phone & account were like this since Jan 2023, it’s Sept 2023. Over those 9 months I spent hundreds of hour on the phone and in store with countless Verizon employees who couldn’t figure it out to save their life. I had finally given up and stopped in store to attempt to port out to a different company. I went to Verizon in Cherry Creek to do so. There is a lady there who is an absolute genius. Her name is Jessica she did what hundreds of other employees could not, all in amount 10 minutes. She fixed my account and saved me from leaving Verizon. Whatever you are paying Jessica, she needs to make double whatever it is now & promote her to head of tech support.Thank you Jessica, you made my year.James

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Krystal when I visited their store recently. I walked in frustrated and ready to switch carriers due to some issues I had been facing. Krystal's professionalism and patience immediately put me at ease. :)She actively listened to my concerns and took the time to address each one with care. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of their services and was able to provide solutions to my problems that I hadn't even considered. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me were truly remarkable.By the end of my visit, I not only had my issues resolved but knowing Krystal has been with Verizon for so long, and will hopefully be there for several years to come, I now have one rep that I will see any time I have issues. Thank you, Krystal for saving me as a satisfied customer. ???

Last time I was at the Verizon wireless store at Cherry Creek Mall, the same female manager with long blonde hair, seemingly endless energy and a prepotency for getting stuff done with customer service, was on the floor dealing with customers and simultaneously answering questions from every other employee working that day. I don’t know how she manages to help two customers in person, another with customer service and still give complete answers/instructions to employees asking questions in her ear.My issue was the customer service call this time. Krystal knew exactly what to say when they came on the line and didn’t give up when they told her they couldn’t help. She told the gentleman on the phone how to fix my account so my phone worked again before I walked out of the store.Unless there is another manager with that same unmistakable blonde hair and get-sh*t-done attitude, I know I’ve dealt with her before. She’s always there multitasking like a boss and still maintains a level of direct professionalism that keeps me coming back wanting to only deal with her.I should also point out that my wife, who doesn’t like most women, prefers that the whole family ask for her whenever we have problems, or want to upgrade. This is a grave talent, and imperative in this case since the account is in her name and she has to verify me before I can do anything.Thank you for your uncanny ability to make us believe that customer service still exists somewhere. Without you, we may not be a Verizon family anymore.

Verizon has the worst costumer support!!!! You can not get anyone to help you on the phone or with their chat. When you go into the store they say you have to call the help number. They say they are open 24/7 but when you call they are closed and they hang up on you!!! Why did I ever switch to Verizon?! I was dumb enough to buy the protection plan but when I call to send something in they say now it is not covered. No one knows how to do anything in their company. I wouldn't even give them a star but I have to put in at least one star. They should be negative stars!

Salespeople are sketchy - overheard quite a few lying to customers about home internet speeds (a product I have) when I corrected them they told they were on another plan - when asked which one they said another. They stated gig internet speeds when Verizon only offers 300mbps. Make sure you stay on your toes if you visit here

The guy with the glasses and slicked back hair refused to help and let me know he could not resolve my issues. A call to Verizon solved my issue but that rep presented himself as uncaring, glib, and ignorant of Verizon's policies and proceedures. He needs a different job as he is clearly burnt out on customer service.

After days of fighting with xfinity and centurylink, Stefan and Crystal made getting internet from Verizon so easy (even with multiple hurdles) and I’m so grateful!! Excellent customer service and I’m so glad I’m moving forward with Verizon as my internet provider.
