I went into this location this past Saturday. I wanted to get a new phone but they weren't able to help me because I didn't have access to my father's business account. I left feeling disappointed but it was not because of anything they did or didn't do. After some thought and consideration I went back to open a new plan of my own. The associate I worked with was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure that I knew what I was getting. I'm super appreciative of all the help they gave me.

Haven't been in myself but when I was working for AT&T we would consistently get business from upset customers who were not helped by this location. I think they're a fast sale spot so just don't go here for customer service. Go here if you need to be set up with a phone quick and easy with not a lot of questions asked.

I switched services on the promise of promotions that I haven’t yet to receive. I was also told I can upgrade my phone to the new iPhone once released and that was a lie. Don’t switch to Verizon go elsewhere.
Literally customer support hung up on me today while I was giving account info.

This Verizon store is the best yet. We are military and the staff has really taken care of us. But for us Jared has really gone above and beyond to help us. He helped myself on getting a new phone for our son and then a few months later helping me upgrade as well. Please recognize him for his excellent customer service and professionalism. He truly does care about his customers and is truly helpful. Again thank you to Jared from this location. We will definitely keeping coming back because of him

FYI/Update: I followed the instructions from the "owner" in the comment below and still haven't heard anything several weeks later.
Service was ok, I had to make an appointment and come back hours later to switch my phone plan over. However, I was told I would receive credit (visa gift card) from bringing my phone over and $200 per line for transferring my numbers from another carrier. After 10 months of phone calls to customer service, I was told today, that I do not qualify for the promotion since I did not buy a phone. I had to pay $1,5000 to my old carrier to pay of my phones before transferring and the $600 would offset that cost. Either the sales rep didn't understand the promotion and gave me bad information, or he lied to me to "seal the deal" hoping I would not escalate the issue further. This violates Colorado Statues on false advertising and is unethical, steer clear of this store!! Verizon service has been good overall so still 2 stars.

So I have had a bad experience with the manager named Matt I went in there looking for a phone because mine was stolen along with my backpack that everything that I own in it. I told him my situation and that I didn't have any money yet and he didn't want to help me I'm assuming because I'm poor. I had him to check my credit to see if we could get me a a phone and service. Two days later I went back with enough to pay the tax on the phone and the other employee was really cool with me. So I only had enough to get the phone and they don't come with a charger block and I'm not in the best financial situation I'm homeless so I went back to charge maybe 3 times within the next week and I didn't have a problem until the third time when Matt was working he was very rude and being ugly with a version customer now. He got nasty with me and said this the last time I left my phone with him on 0% he said they close a 6 and to pick it up before than I thanked him even though he was nasty. I come back to the store and it's 5:53 and the doors where locked I sat outside the building until about 6 20 and someone else brought it out at 0% after waiting almost a half hour not charged at all. I was really disappointed and felt he is a very judgmental and unkind person. So yesterday I go up to version to see what's wrong with my phone because they lost service in denver Colorado for some reason and he tells me what's going on and I asked him to please please charge my phone and he got nasty again with me so I ok well I got some money can we look for a phone with a better battery because this one's messed up because it's never been fully charged he said ok. So he starts looking at his eye pad and I asked him since I'm looking for an upgrade is there any way I could charge up to use my phone to get some food because I was hungry and he made a big scene in front of alot of customers and kept saying I told last time this is the last time. I don't get it the other employees are always kind to me and had no problem helping out a Verizon customer that is in need. Anyways I like version network it's just I had a bad experience with someone who is representing this company on 16th street mall with is one the coolest spots in downtown Denver it's a nice walk, shop, and have a good time.

I am so thankful to the team that was working last week (Nick, Andrew, and Albert). They were able to pinpoint my exact issue, get it resolved and also stayed way beyond closing to make sure it had been rectified. Thank you again Albert!

"Dear Verizon Customer Service,
I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I've received regarding my home internet package. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the problem persists.
To summarize:
- I was sent TWO equipment packages to my home, which was an error on Verizon's part.
- I was not informed about the duplicate shipment, and I did not request it.
- I'm now being charged $230 for the unreturned equipment, which is unfair and unacceptable.
I request that you take immediate action to:
- Correct the billing error and waive the $230 charge for the unreturned equipment.
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label so I can send back the duplicate equipment.
- Ensure that my account is updated to reflect the correct equipment and billing information.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue. If I don't hear back from you within the next 48 hours, I'll be forced to explore other options, including filing a complaint with the FCC and seeking assistance from a consumer protection agency.
Please escalate this issue to a supervisor or someone who can assist me in resolving this matter. I'm tired of being passed around and getting conflicting information from different representatives.
I have being wasted total 24 hours of time being calling to service card and office. This is worst service
