I was disappointed to hear the staff making a joke about other costumers while being on the phone and stepped outside do too other employees being to loud witch I would have done the same, but for them to joke around saying “he better come back in or they will beat him up” if he doesn’t and in front of the store manager.

This particular location is just very lazy. Went in last night with my boyfriend who needed a replacement for his phone under insurance, and also to upgrade my phone to a newer version. We asked about my boyfriend’s replacement because we were able to do that at the location on evans and Colorado Blvd, and they were so helpful and I had my phone sent to me. The man in the store at northfield said there was no one there available to help with an insurance claim, but there was definitely someone to help me upgrade my phone and he was ready to take my number for that. It makes it feel like there’s no one to help a customer, if the customer isn’t going to be paying out of pocket. Is this a commission based position? Because I left feeling like they only wanted to help me for the money involved and they would tell my man to kick rocks.

Have to say I'm usually let down when entering this store, but today was the exception! Finally someone that not only could answer my questions, but guide me to a solution. A fairly inexpensive solution, which usually doesn't happen.

I made an appointment at 11 and came in today to purchase a phone. A man working there told me that there were no Iphones at the storage size that I needed and to purchase it online. I left and immediately purchased it online and one of the options was pick up in store at the same store I was just at. 2 hours later I got the phone from this same store and spoke to a man who literally disregarded the fact that I had just been in there two hours before.

After visiting this store in Northfield, I realized customer service is not a priority at this Verizon store. The employees were extremely rude as if they purposely wanted to drive customers away; I wanted to get a new cell phone today and I got the run around from the store as well as over the phone this store in particular was by the worst experience I’ve had as of late if you look over the reviews from this direct store you will see that this is often, the manager Micheal was extremely rude and insensitive i have never felt so unwelcome, from the moment I arrived it felt as if they did not want me there. Moving forward I hope that Verizon as a company can do better with training or employing people who actually love what they do instead of people who look at their job as a chore.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unhelpful employees and an aggressively combative store manager. It’s as if they are actively trying to drive customers away. I cannot stress enough how unpleasant this experience was. I will not, in good conscience, consider Verizon. Not as long as a business that seems so fundamentally opposed to basic customer service continues to operate in this manner.

Fair and quick service, even though my problem was more for a customer service at the 800 number, the employees here make the effort to help in any way possible. I had just left another verizon store which must not have been a corporate store and they just wrote the 800 number on a sticky note and didn't even ask any questions on my issues. Didnt get past the reception desk and was sent away. But this store took care of me, so 5 stars! Thank you!

worse place to go get a new phone. customer service was the worst they didn't want to help me get a new phone . I got to the store at 620pm and they told me they locked all their phones but their website said they close at 7pm. the supervisor there was rude. his name was Eric.

Very condescending staff, Para-verbal (tone) communication is atrocious. Cant answer simple question without wanting to do a credit check even if your willing to pay full price. Asked do you have in stock? "I would need an ID for a credit check before I can see and check" OK..... what logic is running through a store either Verizon policy makes their employees Misérables or training is scrapped from the bottom of a barrel.

Florencia was very helpful and we appreciated her customer service immensely. She was very thorough and explained everything to us. She helped us create a new account and upgrade my phone. This was the friendliest customer service experience I have had at a Verizon store, and I will return to this location because the customer service representatives are friendly and efficient.

I have currently been at the Northfield Verizon store for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The customer service is terrible. Even when they know we plan to purchase a phone!Do yourself a favor and choose another cell phone provider!

This place is a joke literally our second day here our first day spent 5 hours upgrading just for one phone to not work second day back Erick the manager was a smug rude guy downsizing the issue then tells me it's going to be an hour wait when I was told to just come in and our phone will be ready to exchange........ get it together verizon we spend way to much money a month for the service to be disrespect like that honestly debating switching survives been here an hour still no help ridiculousness

worst experience I've had at a Verizon. 4 hours for them to try and sync all my phones info over. they said they were closing and they can try tomorrow, i used to think I phone was the problem but no it's just Verizon in general.
