If you can go to a different Verizon store, do it. The employees here were not helpful, rude, and seemed put out by having to help us. We arrived around 45 minutes before closing and were told the safe was locked and they couldn’t sell anymore phones that night and should go to Cherry Creek. It almost seems like they did not want to do their job - we eventually left and went to the Green Valley Ranch Verizon and can’t sing their praises enough. Don’t waste your time with the Northfield Verizon.

The clowns who work here are dumb AND rude. I can see being one or the other, but both? They kicked me out because I wouldn't let them activate my new phone.

Disappointed at the store representatives, poor customer service, no patience. Had to leave without completing what I needed to because of the treatment they gave me and the way another employee was talking down to older customers.

2 of your employees assisted in committing fraud recently. I need a store manager to call me ASAP. Your published # and # provided by customer service does not ring the store. The sales associates who assisted in the fraud and processed the orders are also not answering calls surprise surprise. The police are being notified. Please respond with a direct # to a manager at this location.

I was disappointed to hear the staff making a joke about other costumers while being on the phone and stepped outside do too other employees being to loud witch I would have done the same, but for them to joke around saying “he better come back in or they will beat him up” if he doesn’t and in front of the store manager.

This particular location is just very lazy. Went in last night with my boyfriend who needed a replacement for his phone under insurance, and also to upgrade my phone to a newer version. We asked about my boyfriend’s replacement because we were able to do that at the location on evans and Colorado Blvd, and they were so helpful and I had my phone sent to me. The man in the store at northfield said there was no one there available to help with an insurance claim, but there was definitely someone to help me upgrade my phone and he was ready to take my number for that. It makes it feel like there’s no one to help a customer, if the customer isn’t going to be paying out of pocket. Is this a commission based position? Because I left feeling like they only wanted to help me for the money involved and they would tell my man to kick rocks.

Have to say I'm usually let down when entering this store, but today was the exception! Finally someone that not only could answer my questions, but guide me to a solution. A fairly inexpensive solution, which usually doesn't happen.

I made an appointment at 11 and came in today to purchase a phone. A man working there told me that there were no Iphones at the storage size that I needed and to purchase it online. I left and immediately purchased it online and one of the options was pick up in store at the same store I was just at. 2 hours later I got the phone from this same store and spoke to a man who literally disregarded the fact that I had just been in there two hours before.

After visiting this store in Northfield, I realized customer service is not a priority at this Verizon store. The employees were extremely rude as if they purposely wanted to drive customers away; I wanted to get a new cell phone today and I got the run around from the store as well as over the phone this store in particular was by the worst experience I’ve had as of late if you look over the reviews from this direct store you will see that this is often, the manager Micheal was extremely rude and insensitive i have never felt so unwelcome, from the moment I arrived it felt as if they did not want me there. Moving forward I hope that Verizon as a company can do better with training or employing people who actually love what they do instead of people who look at their job as a chore.
