I came here the first time absolutely exaspirated at how shitty the service was at the AT&T store on Sheridan. Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Mikey has always helped me with a smile- that is SINCERE- and is just a genuine, good dude. What's more, you can tell that everybody at this store likes each other; it's a happy place! I am never going anywhere for service with my cell phone ever again as long as I live here. Going to this store is a pleasure every time; super cool peeps all around!

We just stopped into this location as my girlfriend, a longtime Verizon customer, is simply looking to upgrade her phone and has been getting the runaround on her options (a completely different story from each location, when all she really wanted was the same deal as her mother had just recieved - they are on the same family plan together etc). Anyways, stopped into this location, and when we told the guy the situation his response was that her mom probably got the deal from a "Verizon Company Store" then vaguely explained that most of the stores are more like resellers (including this store) and may not have the same options available etc. Ok, that makes sense... So obviously my next question was "So, how do we find one of these 'real' Verizon stores?" then spent the next 15 minutes or so going back and forth as they guy was clearly feeding us one BS line after another. It truly felt like I was dealing with a shady stereotypical 'Used Car Salesmen'. We basically left the store even more confused than we started... In all fairness perhaps we just got a bad employee (30ish, short, white guy, patchy facial hair.. never gave us his name) but on a positive note I will say that the store was decently clean and he did maintain composure as I called him out on the various stuff he was making up as he went (the guy was clearly quite experienced at such things.. unfortunately)... Anyways, our experience here was quite aweful (Honestly, this whole ordeal has been quite frustrating as well as surprisingly shady all around). I would advise checking out another store or even another carrier (if you are able). Good luck out there.

Just when I thought customer service was gone I had the pleasure of working with Sergio on a phone that stopped working at the Denver Sheridan Boulevard location. He went over and above even going back to office when he was off to help me remedy the problem. Thank you so so much for everything you did to help us get the phone working. It is people like Sergio you wish you could Clone! Thank you so much

Sergio went above and beyond - he has incredible customer service. He was great in store helping me get my new phone set up.. and then was so kind and helpful with my mom over the phone when we had a weird phone line mix up (my fault, not Verizon's). Couldn't have asked for better customer service, thank you Sergio!

Do not go to this store to pick up a new phone.
After waiting in line 30 minutes to pick up the phone, I was told a few days later that there was a problem with the transaction that needed to be resolved in the store. I had to wait another 30 minutes in the store to resolve their error. A month later an employee from the store contacted me saying they had a “system error” and threatened to void the trade in contract and charge the full amount of the phone. I had to contact Verizon headquarters to prove to the employee that they had made a mistake on their end. All in all a multiple hour ordeal because incompetent employees at this store.

I dropped my Pixel 6 and it wouldn't turn on. Kyle found me a great deal on a Pixel 8a. They didn't have on in their store so Kyle picked it up from another location. The next day, Mikey helped me recover everything! This whole process was handled so well for me. Both Kyle and Mikey were friendly and extremely helpful; they made what could have been a pretty big deal a minor convenience. Thank you!

Let me tell you that CJ, at this fine Verizon store, is my hero. And he’s the hero of our family as well. He solved a minor issue for me and after reviewing our family’s plan, helped 3 of us on the plan obtain the devices we’ve all actually needed. He went out of his way to provide top notch service for Verizon, and we are all grateful. He is so utterly competent as well as helpful and fun. He’s also patient and took the appropriate time to see to our needs including our daughter’s phone. Her screen was cracked, and as she works from home, depending on her connectivity for her high pressure job, he assisted, even remotely…seeing that she was equipped to continue her work …. as we concurrently helped her upgrade her device that’s essential to her employment. CJ observed our situation and handled it compassionately and thoughtfully as if we were his family. We can’t thank CJ and Verizon sufficiently. We’re happy customers due in great part to CJ at Verizon’s store at Sheridan & 44th, Denver, CO.

We went to the store to add a line. We were greeted by CJ he immediately shook our hands made great eye contact and was very polite. He took care of our needs in a polite manner. While we were waiting to transfer a phone number he brought out some water for us. At the end he saved us money as well.
His employer should be very proud of CJ for being a great ambassador for representing your brand.
I recommend you ask for CJ when you visit this location.

I highly recommend this location. Vince and Clancy are wonderful to work with and follow through if they say they are going to do something.
I spent 5+ hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get my new phone set up and it still didn't work. Not only did it not work, but the rep tried to call me on the phone...that wasn't working...that she spendt 5+ hours trying to fix and knew did not work. (Idiot!)
Clancy got the phone up and working in under 30 minutes. He was able to look at the set up and identify the issue right away. It is my understanding this location may be a contractor for Verizon; maybe that is why they actually know what they are doing. My experience with other Verizon reps is they read from the script, don't listen to your issue, and will NEVER give you a manger. I will use this store for any future needs and avoid Verizon 1-800 at all costs. Give them a try!

This is a good store location that’s easy to get to with good parking and very close to a bus stop. A great store employee named Jonathan just helped me port my service and number from my old phone provider and buy and set up a new phone after trading in my old one. The process went smoothly and he was friendly and knowledgeable while we went through everything. I recommend this location and Jonathan in particular if you are in the vicinity and planning to do business with Verizon.
