*Another UPDATE* I didn’t want to have to come back to do yet again another update. But it has now been over 2 months and I have not seen anything that the owner agreed to fix. At this point I feel played by everyone at the store including the owner. Terrible, terrible way to do business! I have been reaching out since October 12th and the owner gets back to me at his convenience saying that I should be seeing all of the fixes soon. Everyday it’s next week or it didn’t work I got to submit it again. I shouldn’t have to worry about this and check in every week for an update!! This is ridiculous, I should have returned all the phones to begin with. I should have never trusted anyone from that store.
*UPDATE* I went in this morning to return the phones but I was pleasantly met with the owner, who said he came in because he did see my review. To begin with, I am really impressed with how quick I received a response and how he handled this. I was able to keep all of the phones and lines without having to return them and start all over. He corrected everything and even went above and beyond to make this right. He was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy this is resolved.
*WARNING* I wanted to switch my 4 phone lines from AT&T to Verizon, so I started online shopping for new iPhones and plans. I seen some great deals online at Verizon. But I figured I would go into my closest “Verizon” store for more clarity on the phone amounts and plan details. I made it very clear to the sales rep at the location that I could just go online to buy these phones and get the online listed “offers” but if you can get the same offers in store, then go ahead. Only after everything was signed, did I see that not only did he lie about the phone offers he lied about several other things as well. Which ended up costing me a lot more money than had I went online and did everything myself. I am beyond frustrated with the employees I encountered today and disappointed to know that they can look a customer in the eyes and lie to them just for a sale. I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that I was correct and the store did in fact lie to me about several different things. They also mentioned that this location is a reseller so they cannot help with just making my bill and my contract right, I have to return the phones and start over online or with a Verizon customer service rep. So I will be returning all 4 new iPhones and going online myself to make sure I get the right offers since the store just lied to me, overcharged me and didn’t help me at all. This location has made this whole switching phone carrier’s experience a nightmare. I was with AT&T for over 10 years. I am not paying 4 $50 restocking fees to return these phones over a lie. Hopefully they will make this right.

Trenton was amazing!!!! I lost my phone on the plane on a trip to Denver. My whole life was on that phone including pictures that were irreplaceable. I was heartbroken that I wouldn’t get them back. Trenton assured me that everything would be ok. He was patient, kind, understanding and most of all extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things. I got a new iPhone 16 something I had been procrastinating for a long time. He was able to restore all my pictures, apps and contacts. I’m from NJ so meeting Trenton was just meant to be! Thank you again Trenton for all your help❤️❤️❤️

I have visited here multiple times to know that there are no customer service here, unfortunately. The staff here are so nonchalant. The min time you spend here is 1hr due to their incompetence.

I had an issue with one of my iPhones with a sim error. The store while busy still had enough staff to help me out.
Vince went out of his way to help me get my phone up and going and it took him all of about five minutes. This occurred with the other phone of mine and the other store while completely dead took him about 45 minutes.
All in all I’d recommend these guys.

Store said my phone was broken. Desperate due to being from another state and not knowing my way around town. I bought a new phone. Got a free tablet, yea!. However they added an additional phone line. So then my new phone had 2 phone #s. Now why would I want that. So my current phone # tablet phone #, and another ph# (the 2nd one on my new phone). I go back home to my state. I only found out about line after having issues. 6 days after purchase of new phone, I now I have 2 paper weights (old & new phones). Verizon sent me to Samsung. Samsung sent me to Assurian. Just before wiping out new phone, Assurian checked old one. Guess what? I only needed a new battery. Did not need a new phone. I bought the new battery for old phone so that they could transfer info to new phone. Assurian also found that 2nd ph#. I felt like I was conned by Cellular Sales on Tower Rd, Denver, Colorado. It has taken a month and a half and Verizon fixed my issues. Thank goodness. I give that store a big 👎

I cannot say enough about how incredible Caleb has been helping me get two new phones for my family plan. I encountered some operator error in setting my phone up and he was there to help. My mom did not like her first phone, and at 87 years old, is a bit challenged when it comes to new phones. Caleb helped us switch her into a better phone and activate it during a three way call. He was so kind and patient with her, always throwing in a bit of humor to keep her going. I sincerely appreciate all of his help and am a loyal Caleb customer!

Sergio was awesome from the moment I walked into the store. He was very attentive and listened to all of our needs and wants, and was able to get is exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and products as well as the services! He made the process much easier! 5 stars! Ask for Sergio.
