Is been 6 yrs since being st this location. Thought I’d try it out when my special needs daughter & I needed nails & pedi’s done. Arrived as a walk-in at 4:40pm, only 3 people working. Was told it’d be a lil wait. I had my daughter start her pedi as I soaked my feet in cold water for 45min. When my dip/mani was finally done after my pedi (no massages by anyone!), the guy never had me wash my hands until the very end, AFTER he put a lil cuticle oil on then had me wash my hands? I worked on my cuticles that night & next day including filing all ny nails which were too sharp. I was finally paying(& tipping well!) at 8:00pm!!! Only Lynn who did my daughter’s pedi was sweet. Tina is completely rude. I will never provide them business again or recommend to anyone I know! The worst!

I’ll try to make this as efficient as possible. I received a gel pedicure.
Pros: When scheduling your appt the Customer service is done well. Kind tone of voice and flexible. ? this is my first time here, so that was refreshing!
Cons:
• My toenails were uneven. That’s what my toes look like when I do my own nails. I saw in other comments that they don’t shape/file your nails.
• Manhandling ie: throwing my legs around when switching each foot. • I wanted to treat myself, so I paid for the top tier pedicure. It was done half hazardly. It was done fairly quickly and the massage was…meh. I’ve had better quality for less money at other nail salons.
•There was only 1 or 2 other customers there when I arrived. This was on a Saturday, 2 hours before close. That’s not a good sign of popularity (ppl clamoring to get their nails done by them) on a Saturday when they’re closed Sunday. It’s odd to be slow on a weekend in the summer.
2) there’s no passion. It felt very blah in there. On one hand, like I said the costumer service is great over the phone. Super nice and flexible! But once you get in, the energy feels apathetic, yet tense at the same time. One nail tech is just sitting in the pedicure chairs watching videos. was the only customer there for about 10-15 min and i kept thinking, I gotta find a different nail salon. This salon got high reviews which is confusing, but I see that it was a different nails salon name with different owners before (past owners seemed to get pretty great reviews). I walked in happy and left feeling drained and sad. Energy and vibrations are definitely real and take a toll on me.

I had an awful experience here today. I came in for a mani/pedi. My pedicure literally took 20 minutes. The instruments had been previously used and very little care was taken with shaping and cuticles. My manicure was done during the pedicure on one side which makes it uncomfortable to reach across the whole time. The owners had their 4 kids running around and fighting inside and out the whole time. No one helped me with my flip flops before polish and at the end of my manicure the lady just left me in the pedicure chair to dry. Not offering the drying station. She also cute my cuticle during the service. She didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. Neither person thanked me and only barely spoke to me. Someone walked in when I was almost done and my lady left me to go talk to this woman and ignored me until I got everything together myself ( money, shoes, keys, etc.) They acted like they were doing me a favor. I will not be back. $50 for 35 minutes.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience yesterday. The pedicure was okay in-terms of the massage, but she cut/filed my nails to be uneven. I pointed it out and she didn’t seem to see it or understand. They also charge $5 more than any other salon around for shellac polish instead of regular. Then the same woman did my dip manicure and clearly is not experienced. Her other two coworkers could tell and didn’t bother to say a word or help.I left with my nails looking like trash; not fully covered and one was bumpy. She just kept filing it down instead of taking it off and starting over, so one nail is dull and shallow in the middle. Again, the other two heard and saw what was going on and didn’t bother to jump in.A complete waste of time (took her forever to do a terrible job), and money.I do not recommend this place.(Picture is two days after getting these done and after filing them down to even them out more)

I got a set of dip nails done and they came out beautiful! They are perfectly shaped and the strongest set I've ever received from a nail salon. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for quality and consistency

I went in for a pedicure I told them I would like a regular pedicure no shellac.. I was told $40. Half way through my pedicure I was told actually it's $47 because I had shellac removed and didn't get shellac from them.. Which is weird and unprofessional. I listened to them Nicole and dime people the entire time I was there everyone was quoted different prices for the same service... I DO NOT RECOMMENDService: Pedicure
