Goldie is one of the few people I trust with my hair. Literally, I have been back to Bast a few times now. And I love the new location, it's so cute and spacious and free parking is an added bonus. Literally, I am the pickiest person when it comes to hair cuts and Goldie delivers each time. I leave her chair happy. And she really knows how to thin out my hair. This time, I got my hair a little more texturized than normal, by my choice and I love it. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. And I love that I can show Goldie my hairspiration and she works her magic and it's similar to what I imagined but even better. Goldie works magic. And I even saw Sky once since Goldie was booked and she is amazing as well. So Bast Hair Salon, is the only salon I trust with my hair. I have had too many stylists mess up my hair and I will only be going to these two ladies. They know what they are doing and I am so happy to have found Goldie all those years ago.

Best salon in Denver, hands down! They have a cool funky art vibe, wine, and a great eye for fashion. This is the only place in Denver I will let touch my head.

I have been going to Sky for a few years now, and I absolutely love her! She does such an amazing job with my hair. I have gotten to the point that I totally trust just to give her a few ideas and she turns out a great style every time. I am someone that doesn't get hair cuts super frequently (maybe every 2-3 months or so), and Sky takes that into account when she is cutting/coloring my hair. I don't want to say she just intuitively knows whats going to work well with my short curly hair, because I think she works really hard to be a great stylist. Sky is so knowledgable about hair color and style, and will work with me to give me exactly what I am looking for. Plus their new location in the Metlow is super cute and has a great view. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this place more!

I'm visiting from Houston and I really needed to get a haircut. So I did a quick search and Bast popped up and thought I try them. Let's say I'm very happy that I decided to try them out. Goldie was my stylist and was very friendly. I'm very easy in when it comes to what I want with my hair, I just told her to fix me up and she did. Love my results and the product she uses is awesome. Love Bast!!! Gold E. has done an amazing job with my multi layered color correction over the course of the past year, taking me from a nightmarish black/red/green patchy mess back to the golden blonde I love (see pic of before and after). PSA ladies: DON'T mess with your hair color while pregnant! I have spent a lot of hours in that chair but it's been totally worth it. Gold E. is extremely talented and also very easy to be around, always very responsive to your mood. I appreciate how she is as comfortable with silence as she is with conversing, which is not a trait held by a lot of stylists. ;) Anyway, she does great work and has created a very loyal customer in me. Highly recommended!!!

Gold E did my hair for the first time this past weekend (full highlight and cut) and was AMAZING! She really listed to exactly what I was looking for with my color. I hadn't been totally happy with the last color I had done with a different stylist, and Gold E did a flawless job giving me exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Mitch Van Cleave has a fine eye for interior design, and this attractive salon proves it yet again. More to the point, from the first time he cut my hair (a LONG time ago!), he's been my only hair stylist. I'll follow him anywhere - he's that good! And he's also reliable, ethical, sensible, and pleasant.
