This place lends creed to that scene in Men in Black 2 where they show aliens working in the post office. Customer service is a mess, the lights in the building are either off a Martian landscape shade of orange. Just a bizarre place. DeJoy really did a number on this organization

I live in a townhome complex with boxes. A much anticipated delivery arrived today that could easily have been placed in an oversized keyed mailbox. Instead I was given a notice. The website refuses to allow delivery from any of various numbers (fields all just freeze.) the scrawl on the note is barely literate. The USPS is doomed. This is beyond pathetic.

This location is awful. I filled out a change of address online THREE MONTHS ago, it costs a dollar for some reason, and I received NO forwarded mail. I contacted them two months ago and was told their automated system doesn't work and they'll take care of it. Never received any forwarded mail, also had some very rude exchanges by the USPS ppl on the phone about the issue. Lost cause and really lazy staff.

Just left the post office lost my mail and told me to deal with it elsewhere. Now I’m on the hunt to find my mail in Denver because the verification code that they sent was expired on their behalf. No email no confirmation. Nothing… missing mail. I would like The manager or owner of this place to contact me on this issue.

would leave 0 stars if I could. 'Helped' quickly, checked status of help provided and USPS workers either don't know how to save the status or don't understand how to press enter so the information is saved. Better luck calling god than getting a hold of these people

It would be real nice if the post workers would actually attempt to deliver a package rather than just put a slip in the mailbox saying they tried. When someone has been home all day, there's no excuse to say that there was no way to deliver a package. Also, what's the point of putting my electric signature online, as you have suggested, to avoid delays like this? Don't have us do something and then not follow through on your side.

I’m giving two stars only because nobody was rude. There were only two people myself and another in line I spent 20 minutes in line and it didn’t move. The two working I’ve never seen before and should never have been hired. The man was clearly the less competent of the two as he went over to the lady and waited for something for some time and then went back to his station. However neither was very productive as they had the same customer in front of them when I got there and after I left. Very dissapointed. Do better y’all! I recommend if the Vietnamese guy or the other Asian lady, is working they are pretty good but if you don’t see them go somewhere else

MAILMAN JODY REFUSES TO DELIVER OUR PACKAGES.
I've filled out SEVERAL complaints with this post office. He refuses to use our parcel lockers and he won't deliver to our units. He spends 30 mins to an hour each time he comes filling out "we missed you" slips that force us to drive 15-20 mins to the post office, wait in line, and hope they have our package.
Our normal mailman Kevin is the BEST - but Kevin needs days off too. Please, for the love of all our sanity, train Jody on how to do his job or get rid of him and find someone who will.
Withholding mail is a federal offense!
"Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (June 25, 1948)"

This place is a mess. Usually there is a line out the door and frequently both box drop boxes are broken.

How can any service be this slow. Nearly an hour to pick up a package. Only one lone employee at the counter. How can anything be run this poorly.

Been going here about ten years and while I have my gripes with USPS as a whole, they primarily lie with DeJoy and his intentional mismanagement.
On a local level, this is a superb office. We have a small mailbox/package receptacle and quite a few kids, so we are frequently getting pick up notices for packages. The lines during busy hours are exactly what you should and would expect at any USPS location at 3pm on a Friday or Monday.
The staff has been nothing but pleasant, even when faced with a large line. They are helpful, polite and will gladly work with any decent and kind person.
A great local USPS.

I purchased a PO Box, so my packages would stop going missing. However, now every time I order a package to my box, the staff put it in a Smart locker instead. But they never email you or notify you that it's in the Smart locker, they can't give you a code or open it, and even if you wait the 4/ 5 days for someone to take it out then the package gets magically sent back to sender and office workers have no idea how that happened because no one can open the Smart Box. This has happened to me on three separate packages, I wasted my time, gas and lunch breaks to keep driving over only to be told that they have my information or they have to collect my information and wait for the supervisor to show up. But either he's always busy or he's not inside. And now I rather risk getting my package stolen because I know there's a chance that I can actually get it.

My mail is constantly missing even after my apartments have replaced the mailbox. I continue to have issues between my apartments and the post office in getting my Deliveries. Even after holding my mail, I learned that the males still goes out on the truck every day so if you’re holding your mail for 30 days, please be aware that your mail still goes out and hits the streets and is that possibility being at risk every day When the supervisor is in process, he said it’s from upstairs headquarters Just wanted to make sure that everyone knew but that’s the process when you hold your mail
