Consistently have problems with mail service for the two years I have had them without fail of course. Wish I could get ALL my mail and packages and on time.

USPS is awful, I've been to this place 4 times because my mail hasn't been forwarded since April, I filled out the change of address, etc.,
everything I was supposed to do and as of July 5th I'm still not getting mail, the guy behind the counter told me it was because my carrier was on vacation - umm what?! I'm not getting any mail at my new address and it's also not being forwarded from my last address and that was the explanation he gave me!! Last time I was there I spoke with a supervisor and she said, (after 45 minutes waiting), that I should be all set that was on June 5th, a month later still not getting mail. He also said if I'm still not getting my mail shortly to go to a different post office that's closer to my new address not the post office I've dealing with since this whole thing started meanwhile it is the one closest to my new address - RIDICULOUS!!! Pass the buck!

This place closed the doors during open hours and also closed the box area when they're not supposed to. Anyone with a box is just stuck out. This office is ridiculous.

Package that I dropped off went missing. Tracking says “USPS is in possession of item” it’s been like that for a few weeks now. It literally never left their facility. I’m convinced someone at thispost office stole it. It was a safe that was being returned to sender for being defective. It cost around $250 that I’ll likely not get back.

Never get any of my packages and when you call they are no help. This is ridiculous can’t even trust that my regular mail will be delivered worse USPS ever.

the only location I have seen that doesn’t offer priority tape free, in fact tries to make you feel stupid and belittled for even assuming their priority tape is free.

I’m dealing with a quite stressful situation regarding a delivery driver and Aaron was able to help me out tremendously. Thanks, Aaron for making a not so nice situation better. I hope there’s more people like you at USPS.

In all my years I’ve never felt compelled to review a post office. Everywhere else it has “just worked”
My packages are, without fail, marked undeliverable. Now my normal mail is being held “at customers request”. Never requested that.
Packages returned to sender “at customers request”. Again, not by me.
My expectations are extremely low. This office for whatever reason (likely management) is unable to do the absolute minimum: deliver mail and packages
The only way to talk to someone is to show up in person. The people working the desk are pleasant but clearly on guard (they must be getting a LOT of people sharing my experience). They don’t have any information about these problems so it’s a frustrating experience for everyone involved. I feel bad for them
I’m not even sure what to do. Open a PO Box somewhere else? I just want my mail lol

I really don't understand the bad reviews here. Every time I've gone in, the line moves quickly and the workers are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Cannot be bothered to actually deliver packages. Multiple have said "unable to access" even though we live on a corner lot with plenty of access. Shows up sometime in the next few days after being reported "delivered".

If zero stars were an option that would be my choice. Someone at this location is stealing packages. Within two weeks one package was never delivered when it said it was, and the recent one was delivered empty, ripped open and labeled with "received unsealed". It's obvious an employee ripped open the package, stole the contents and then proceeded to tape it with the "received unsealed" sticker. FedEx and UPS both track and investigate missing or damaged packages so why doesn't USPS do anything? They're okay having thieves working there when they should be tracked down and fired.
