Pleasantly surprised! This is my local post office, middle of downtown was hesitant, especially with reviews. 3 postal workers behind the counters, ALL happy, good music on, fully stocked packaging material area. It took me about 5 minutes to package and label my box, about 6 people came and were serviced in that time. When I walked to the counter, I was instantly greeted and helped. For shipping, I HIGHLY suggest this location if you are near.

Since it is possible that only the low-cost items are not lost, I sent a high-value 14k bracelet with other items, all of them were lost except this one and today they consider it lost when the fault was theirs and they say they do not respond because the insurance does not pay, this final email is a fraud #9510810422734191691553) just in case

Showed up with an 8:30 am appointment on Friday the 12th and got told the guy that does passports didn’t come in so I have to come back on Monday and I can get in first thing. Returning Monday now messing up a second day of my work hours I go in to immediately being told Friday appointments would be prioritized and then this guy comes out acting like he has no clue what’s going on and says he won’t be prioritizing passport applications from Friday and claims somehow the fairest thing to do is go on with his current appointments and just screw over everyone for a second time. This guy doesn’t know what’s fair, he simply did the easiest thing for him and it’s very clear this department lacks accountability and communication. Can’t believe how terrible the service is in the place and after wasting 2 days for me and everyone else involved in this I can’t imagine anyone will return expecting their third appointment to actually happen

I drove 45 minutes for my passport appointment, and I came on time. Then, I was surprised that my appointment had been canceled without notifying me . The clerk said we sent you an email about that, but I haven't received any email regarding that, I even had him check my email to see that I hadn't gotten any email. He apologized to me, saying the guy for the passport didn't come today ?. What the apologies is going to fo gor me

I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here. I experienced the exact same thing when it came to my passport appointment. I scheduled in advance weeks before only to find out at the door that they were not doing any passport appointments. The employee there was extremely rude. I did not get her name but this Post Office is by far the worst experience I have ever had. My visit was for 7/2/2024. If you have business with a Post Office this place is not the place to go to.

By far the worst experience I had with applying for a new passport. I lost my old passport and they expect me to sit and their so called waiting area. It’s disgusting they have people bunged up in a small area, sitting all over the floor. Then the wait is over 1hr. I drove to broomfield. No wait! And the environment is clean.

Passport appointments were canceled on the day without any attempts to notify the applicants. Had to take time to go to the location to find out. The next available appointment is a month out, and it may just get canceled again without notice. It really doesn’t have to be this difficult for people to receive the most basic federal services in this country. I understand that things can be canceled last minute and that the USPS is underfunded, but we all filled out appointments forms with our contact information so that we can be notified of any changes or cancellations of our appointments. A simple email or text notification would be really helpful.

Supervisor Amanda Brown is extremely rude, condescending and not helpful at all! I don't expect to be given any special treatment regarding rules, regulations, and policies regarding the mail, but I do expect government workers to treat people with respect, if not general kindness.

Disappointed need to move mail out of town, did the change of address but the post office down in a different city said there was more steps. Everytime I go up in Denver to this location on 20th st it is always that lady in her 20s-30s with dark hair that doesn't care now I gotta drive back up there and pray they held my mail. Now I need a code to verify and the lady should of scanned me ID? Then if I don't get it in time I have to do this all over again? This is ridiculous can someone please get more people to work there that will fully do the job properly and not just toss paperwork aside?

Placed jeans in a red box to return but the label i was provided by the jeans company was for a ‘brown box’ when i offered to pay the difference for the red box i was denied. Post office preferred me to waste one of their boxes to use the ‘correct’ one and stated ‘we get boxes all day it does the matter’ so if the box doesn’t matter why can’t i use the box the jeans are in already and pay the difference? Regardless the package will be sent following the instructions on the label. When i proceeded to get a new brown box i was rudely interrupted by another employee who did not originally help me and told ‘thats the wrong size’ as if it matters to you i’ll be paying for the box anyway? When i told her im using this box because you guys told me to she replied ‘i didnt tell you anything’ exactly. So mind your business over there and help your customers while i box these jeans for the 2nd time. Rude and annoying staff who are incompetent and get off on being nitpickers and don’t want to actually assist customers. You guys suck and are the reason the USPS loses funding and pays their staff poorly.
