I had the best customer service experience in my life , I had issue with my parcel (there was slightly wrong address ) and I went to this office. Lady name Deborah was so nice , and spend time with me to help me to get this package.
And I just got it . Thank you Deborah a lot !!!!!

They have a self-serve kiosk where you can weigh and size your packages and print pre-paid labels from eBay. Highly recommended for any online sellers in the area who need a quick print and ship location for USPS packages, and they usually ship out the same day.

Attempted to walk in to take care of my passport. The website stated they accept walk in’s Wednesday-Friday starting at 2:30pm. However, that’s not the case. Apparently it’s Tuesday-Thursday and they only accept four walk ins on those days. The guy was nice but definitely call to verify hours.
