  My apartment mail boxes were broken, and I've had to come to this location regularly for mail and packages. They have always been super kind and helpful, move the line quickly, and get me what I need (even when I have a long list of packages). In particular, David, Isaiah and Jaime have been great.

  There is always a line and only one person working. I needed to speak with the supervisor to confirm my mailing address. The supervisor was to busy to come talk to me. Every time I've been here I have never gotten the help I needed.

  Terrible location with lack of counter staff, that don’t seem to know or care about their job. Skip this place and go to 105th / Federal instead for your needs and proper service.
