The post office packed my mailbox with spam that I never ordered, then holds my mail at this location that is only open from 12-2? What insane hours.

This location is the worst, most employees are rude. I Have not received any mail since I moved a month and a half ago. I have been waiting for important mail and packages, I went in person to this location to get my mail and the packages that I really need, I called them, they were rude and asked the same questions and they said I was rude, and hung up the call. Something needs to be changed at this location, get people that like their job and that they need to do their job.

First of all this is not the main USPS office! It’s on the next street on Marion! I’m sure gps got you confused as it did with me! The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!
The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! Wish if they just extended the office hours for more than 12-2 only. Thank you

I can understand why so many negative reviews can be made about a post office. Its frustrating not getting your mail and packages. Especially in a place like denver who knows what could have happened. What i do know is the annex staff has been very helpful, informative, and persistant about my missing package issue. I treated them with respect and provided as much information as I could. I followed a procedure and started a missing package claim on the USPS website. Im also suscribed to what USPS calls Informed Delivery. It's a very helpful tool. I appreciate the follow up call and email. Its not likely I will get my package back but I feel the staff at the annex has done as much as they can about it.

Awful experience. DO NOT PUT IN A HOLD MAIL REQUEST AT THIS LOCATION! I put in a Hold Mail request; when I went to go pick it up, they said they didn't have a "Hold Mail" for me. I showed them the confirmation number, and they said "Oh, whoops." They told me they had sent out my package, but didn't know where (?????). The package is listed as "delivered," but it never reached the original address, they don't have it, it's just gone. Unhelpful, complacent, disinterested. Being on the phone with USPS service was somehow an even more infuriating experience. I'm usually a huge advocate for the public sector, but after this disaster and losing an extremely important package, forget it, just put Amazon in charge of the entire thing.
