“Oz is the man! He made the process so PAINLESS! He also took great care of me after the van inspection their mechanics did, as they discovered a fix that needed to happen. Oz is having it fixed. I feel like some places would have just let it slide and sucks to be me, later, when it breaks. But Mr. Roberts Auto Sales, and Oz, wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape before it changes hands. They also seem to have a quality inventory, and I had several options that were in my price range.

“I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I was previously searching for a vehicle that another nearby dealership had listed in inventory, was informed that it was sold, but still showed available for a couple weeks. I thought maybe there was miscommunication and went to check it out anyway. I was told it was recently sold, however, they had an older model of the same vehicle at a sister store I could drive after I told them I had zero interest in buying that specific car. I went to the other store, they pulled the vehicle around, and told me to go back to the original dealership to find someone to test drive it with. Ultimately, I sat around and waited before just leaving to head to Automotive Imports.
I walked in, was immediately greeted, and spoke to T about the vehicle I was interested in. T gave me a tour of the store and showroom and then talked to me about every detail the car. T was extremely knowledgeable, and the entire staff had great enthusiasm in their roles. After talking for a bit, I felt like I had known these people for years and I had never experienced anything like that from a dealership before.
After the test drive, I was not pushed to purchase and remained in contact. Ultimately, I did end up buying and had a couple trade ins. The staff was more than accommodating and everything was communicated clearly and quickly. T and Nick were a pleasure to work with and this will be the first place I look at when I'm back in the market for a different vehicle. The concerns I had with the vehicle, although minor, were immediately addressed and corrected before purchase or promised to be addressed at a later date convenient for me.”
