Waste of time. Waste of service . Waste of heating the building . Waste of management . Wake up! Fools!

This branch manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at US Bank. I called ahead to make sure I could rent a safety deposit box and told the person I was on the way. I drove across town stood in line, and then was told by the branch manager, PERLA AMAYA that I had to make an appointment! I told her I had already called and told the person I was on the way. She said there was no one available to help me and that I should come back and make an appointment. If I had not already called and told them I was coming I can understand them putting me off, but that was not what I was told and then it was clear that my needs were not important. Meanwhile four employees were sitting in front of me with no customers. I have never received this kind of terrible customer service from this bank at any other location. Ms Amaya cut me off, didn't listen or care about my needs, and could not have more rude and unhelpful. She obviously does not care about customers. Ms. Amaya just lost the Bank a long time customer. Ps. I see from other reviews that this branch has other complaints. Poorly run. Needs new management who cares about customers.

Waked into an empty branch with multiple employees sitting around looking at their phones. Asked for a service and was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. I was then told that there would be a 6 hour wait. Looking forward to closing my account after this experience.

An automated response does little and I do not appreciate having to "reach out" when it is the bank that has performed so poorly. I suggest someone take charge of what is happening in management at this branch. Perhaps the customer should be reached out to!

The slowest & most inconvenient bank location I've ever dealt with. I have 3 accounts with USBank & also have other accounts at other bank institutions. None of the other banks have kept their lobbies closed as they have taken the proper precautions like 6ft ground spacers, required masks, & plexiglass dividers. This location refuses to open its lobby due to laziness & lack of customer service. Be prepared to sit 6-7 customers deep & wait 30 minutes for simple processes like deposit checks or make payments. What a joke of a business. And no matter how many of the same complaints they receive over & over, they do nothing but have poor excuses to address zero customer complaints. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

US Bank is by far the worst of all big banks, and this location is horrendous. Service is slow, unfriendly staff, poorly managed, dirty, and I hate when I have to visit. The only thing this branch has going for it is location. I have been forced to come here for years, and the experience is never good.

Who ever knew you could find a financial institution so willing to kick its own customers in the proverbial groin as U.S. Bank. The very last time we went into one of their branches was when my checkbook was stolen out of my car. The personal banker I was working with at the time decided to refuse my urgent request to close/re-open a new checking account by informing me that I would first have to pay off the negative -$2.60 balance in my son's savings account (which technically became HIS when he turned 18 a DECADE prior).

This branch is a joke. We have six accounts with the bank and getting help or service takes way too long. I agree with the last review that staffing needs to be addressed. I've currently been waiting for 25 minutes and there is one teller and one banker and it's 11:41am MST on a Tuesday.

The Cherry Creek branch is managed poorly. Phones are ringing to no end and the teller line has 5 customers waiting with only one teller working. Perhaps staffing can be addressed in the near future.

Met with Trisha Lewis, Branch Manager of the Cherry Creek location in Denver, in an attempt to sort out why I had been charged a monthly fee of $14.95 starting at the beginning of this year (11 months). This happened before with US Bank, and previously, I called and got it sorted out (they claim they didn't have a record of that). I reminded her that I opened the US Bank account nearly 10 years ago to do a mortgage loan with them, then recently took out a very large HELOC with them for a major addition on my home. I have consistently met the qualifications for a "free" savings/checkings account, but it seems when I got the HELOC, the account type changed, and when it was paid off, the account started incurring a fee. I call that a deceptive banking practice - I use your loan services, then suddenly start getting a fee on a checking account? Trisha said it was my responsibility to notice the fee, informed me she could only reimburse me for 3 months, and that going to a regional manager wouldn't make a difference, so I closed my accounts and took my money elsewhere. Sure, there are fees for banking services, but folks, don't pay a fee to keep your money in a bank.

I've never had an issue with the personnel at this location or the support people online. My only complaint is with their foreign exchange desk. It's outsourced to a 3rd party and they are some of the rudest people I have ever met. And, they gouge you any way they can. It's a bad deal!

THE WORST customer service experience online. The worst attitude that does not help. They do not want to understand your issue nor have any PATIENCE with their customer and translator. Keep saying we are able to pay the credit card on the phone and ONLINE, but when we said we want to pay on the phone the customer service keeps wanting us to pay online instead of helping us pay on the phone.
