What a fiasco. I rearranged my entire day to make this appointment to open an account. They failed on many things needed to get this to happen for me. The lady absolutely did not care or take responsibility. US bank you gotta come get this branch straightened out.

The Branch Manager Liana is extremely rude and unprofessional. The clerk posted my transaction incorrectly and Liana refused to assist in anyway. I've been a member for a very long time and the level of customer service at this branch is unbelievable!!

Worst service I have ever got, them three lady’s ain’t smarter then a box of rocks. They will tell false information and put in wrong information after telling them multiple time that’s not right then turn around and blame you.. I beg you to never ever come to this place.. on top of everything they find a way to charge you for there mess up.. just horrible service. They actually even hung up on me and waited for six to come around to not answer the phone and close called back multiple time and they didn’t answer .. they must hire anybody and everybody

Honestly if I could give this branch negative stars, I would! They are rude, and completely unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend individually had set our appointment to open new accounts at 10am. Two different appointments made online both at the same time, but with two different bank tellers. We arrive at 9:50am and immediately get told "We're not open!" with a rude attitude. I wasn't even able to speak before being yelled at for walking up to the counter. I then let them know, I was aware of opening time, that is the time I set my appointment, which was 10am. Once 10am hits, I set up up the counter and get told to step over to the side because they need to now gather paperwork for my appointment. Which I thought was being done in the ten minutes I waited before opening. Finally, I get back to speak with a bank teller and there is just one lady, helping the two of us. Instead of the two separate bank tellers we initially requested. I then stated that to my bank teller Katie (not sure if that is the proper spelling) and she says she can do both of our accounts at the same time. We'll obviously she could not. Throughout her setting up our accounts, she got multiple things input incorrectly on my boyfriends account. Instead of going off of his ID that was provided to her, she did not use his correct name to set up his mobile app account. Nor did she use the address on his ID, leading to her putting the incorrect address on his bank account. Now the two days later, his account is frozen and put on hold due to him not being able to provide proof of address, to an address he never stated that he lived at, an address that KATIE the bank teller INCORRECTLY put down onto his account. Of course, from there we call the location to figure out how to get the situation handled that has now caused late fees, from bills not being paid on time, due to an account being frozen and put on hold. When he calls he gets told that there is nothing they can do without proof of address. I am unfortunately unable to call until after 5:30pm when I get off work, mind you, this branch closes at 6pm. When I call, I have about 10 minutes to speak. I ask for Katie, and has a briefing with her about the situation. She puts me on hold due to her not being able to give me a clear answer as to when we can access the money on his account that she set up. She come back from hold with less than 3 minutes until they close saying she cannot do anything to help but give me Asya Hill's number, a person on the "back end" as she referred. Apparently she is the one who put the account on hold. When I go to ask her, how did she manage to put the wrong information in the first place and if I can get her managers name, I get hung up on. At this time it is now 5:59. Of course when I call back, it is now 6pm and I get an automated system telling me the branch is now closed. Ultimately I have been left with a late fee of possibility over $150 due to an account being placed on hold. The account was placed on hold due to KATIE (bank teller at US Bank Green Valley Ranch Location ) putting down incorrect information on a account that she was not given consent for. When confronted about her wrong doings, she then takes ZERO accountability and says she cannot do anything to help. When she is asked for her managers name, she then hung up the phone call. I am completely mind blown on how US Bank has handled this situation. Never had a bank account with them, and at this point thinking of canceling our accounts and going elsewhere. If this is how you deal with your customers, especially your NEW customers, this is not an establishment I want to be apart of. I strongly recommend anyone looking at reviews to check if this is the location to go to, DO NOT DO IT!!! Choose any other location, but do not go here. If by chance you do, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO KATIE! She will mess your account up and blame you with zero self accountability. Which is ridiculous, being that your job is to handle other people's money. GO TO A MORE TRUST WORTHY LOCATI

I feel so bad that I can't remember the tellers name - she was a young lady there after 5:00pm on 3.9.20. I had a complex transaction with some questions. She went WAY out of her way to explain everything to me, including printing off some information I could take away that would help me understand what was involved. All while being very easy to talk to and giving great customer service. Will definitely use this branch more often!

I have been a customer here for 16 years I stopped going there because the of their horrible customer service today I went there to draw money And I asked a lady named Justice to give me all $100 bills and she told me take these 50$ dollar bills or go somewhere else and so i started to drive 20 miles to havanna safeway us bank where they give me good customer service i willnever go backto that branch

Poor service! Show up to get bank statements, was told she couldn’t do it because there is a lot, that I would need to come back tomorrow. How would you have them ready right when you open at 9am? They are just lazy and do not want to do their jobs!
