I have been dealing with this bank for years and never thought to review it. Today It took one excellent Teller, Josiah, that went above and beyond to help me out with extra customer service, asking me about my day, showing me where is the cool water fountain knowing it was a hot day, for me to want to finally review the business! All it takes is great customer services to make a difference!

30 year US bank customer and this place has the most worthless manager and staff ever. Zero customer service. Total disgrace. Ill be moving my money to Wells Fargo down the street

If it wasn't for the sign on the outside, I would have thought this place was an empty abandoned building by it's old and shabby appearance. Opening the front door gave an ominous creak like from a haunted house. The interior was dark and the furniture in the middle of the floor looked dilapidated. The teller sat there with a 1000 yard stare. Her sunken in eyes reminded me of a zombie from the TV show The Walking Dead, I did manage to get a growl out of her when I looked at her and in a questioning tone said hello? But I was able to complete my business and be on my way.

(Open bank) yet the only thing that’s open it their ATM at the front while the actual bank is complete closed! Is a Wednesday and no holiday and their closed! Google highlights them as an open branch and i wasted my time to find out not a soul in the building when just yesterday there were employees working! What a joke this bank and branch are, wasting peoples time and being closed without notice. But hey the ATM is open so the bank is open!

My grandpa died and I received a cashiers check with my inheritance. In the midst of my grief I was turned away by Juna and the manager Josiah because Josiah was “too busy” to make a phone call to his back office in order to deposit the STANDARD money order into my account. RE stands for REMITTER. Unacceptable. Disgusting customer service.

The ATM ate all my money I tried to deposit then ate even more claiming I made a withdrawal. On top of likely still investing in fossil fuels, this company has some serious issues to fix

Horrible bank to start off with. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. More issues than I can count on both hands and have only had the bank account for 6 months. Always hitting you with 7-8 fees for absolute b******** My account was sitting at 0 dollars. Not negative but 0 and I got an overdraft fee making me negative then I got 6 more. That's $250 of just fees..Also the staff at this specific location are horrible at customer service. Truly awful humans who don't seem to care about your banking issues. Switching banks ASAP.

This is the worst bank to deal with. Every aspect of dealing with them is a nightmare and a waist of time. It costed me lost profits, lost employee trust, waisted hours and hours of dealing with bankers who don't know what they are doing. Absence of any integrity... Next week moving all accounts to a different bank. 11 years of being a loyal client down the drain

Nice! I had to stop by to make a quick withdrawal. The clerk up front was incredibly kind. I love that!! One thing I did notice, however. There is no ATM at the front entrance or inside the building. Other than that minor inconvenience, I was happy with the visit.
