I was in the neighborhood today and needed to change a couple hundred dollar bills for my uncle. A young man helped me after I walked in. I told him straight up that I'm not a US Bank customer but asked if he can still change it for me. He said he'll make an exception for me, which I was super grateful for because that saved me from having to drive another 2 miles to FirstBank. Everything was great until I was leaving for the door, at which point he and the other teller started laughing. Not sure if they were laughing at me, but I vaguely heard "I was... when he said he's not a customer." He also asked me why I don't bank with US bank. Well, it's not like you guys are super friendly or inviting and, after today, a bit unprofessional as well.Anyways, I got what I went there for. Will I open an account with US Bank? Nope, next time I'll drive the extra 4 miles to FirstBank and back.

The staff in this branch is inept. They can only perform the functions of an ATM. Anything past that baffles them. If you go in at any time of day to open an account, they will tell you there’s not enough time or they don’t have the staff to help you (even though there are 4 people just standing around).

If I could give this branch 0 I would. I just left this branch and went to a different one because the workers there don’t seem to want to do their job which was open an account. I waited there for 40 min while the branch manager and two other workers were just standing around not doing anything. They kept making an annoyed face anytime the branch manager asked them who was going to assist me and not a single one of the workers wanted to do it. Terrible branch. Go anywhere else if you wanted to be treated decently.

Never sign up for a u.s. bank account, never do business with them, never expect anything to get done if you do do business with them, expect to lose a lot of money if you do business with them oh, do not expect helpful service from u.s. Bank. Do not expect US Bank to have hours that are accommodating to the average adult, do not expect to be able to get your money if they are not open. Do not expect good things from u.s. Bank, do not use u.s. Bank

I was issued a check for payment of work and the bank refused to cash my check, written by an account holder of this bank, with an official us bank check. This is the only location I have ever had this type of encounter. The child working the teller desk did not have any clue what he was doing. I had considered opening an account when cashing my check last weekend, however now, I won't give these jerks a second thought when it comes to banking. Train your stupid employees. This location is a f****** joke.

The only way to connect to US Bank is via social media. I called this branch to talk to Jesse Martínez who probably is the current manager at this location. I’m not able to reach him in the last two days after calling the branch a few times. He used to work at Park Meadows Branch and promised me to waive fees for 3 foreign checks US Bank misplaced or lost last year. Now, it has been sorted out, US Bank needs to honor their promise and waive off the $20 wire transfer fee and conversion fee after the 3 checks were deposited. Hope US Bank will resolve this matter quickly.Update 5/6: Stephanie from US Bank Customer service was able to help out and get me $60 refunded but couldn’t help with conversion fees. I’m glad someone knows how to help a loyal customer!

I've cashed plenty of US bank checks here in the past with no problem. I recently went in to cash another check that I withdrew from my 401k and I was told the check "didn't feel real!." I asked them to run the check numbers and verify if it's real or not and they would not. They refused to even check to see if it was "real." To top it off it was some dude girl telling me it was fake! Haha priceless

Had a fantastic experience with Bri. She was a complete pleasure to speak with. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Bri made the process simple and easily understandable!

Terrible experience. I went to deposit money in the ATM and there was an issue. There was no assistance what so ever and when I called I had to file a dispute and now have to wait possibly 45 days. Most ridiculous experience of my life.

I have been to this US Bank multiple times to cash checks and I don't even have an account here. I have never had a problem with the tellers. They are so nice and pleasant to me. They always engage in conversation with me.

One of the worst bank branches I've ever visited. This branch seems so dysfunctional, I'm surprise they're allowed to handle people's money. I expressed my concerns with the branch manager, John Lutz, and he concurred with my findings. He showed little remorse and said, "that's just the way we operate here" and "these problems are above my pay grade." I'm frankly surprised he's allowed to supervise anyone; it seems as if he's in over his head with his assign responsibilities.

Rude managers and tellers. Accounts will be closed. Don’t need my employees talking back to me.

Doesn’t pay to be rude and refuse service. The male manager and his tellers are rude unprofessional and extremely slow. I will be closing all my accounts and getting my future loan from another bank.

Having only drive up options at this location, is a farce. The lines take nearly an hour to get to the tube access, and then you have to wait because it's always only one person working the window. And then when asked when they'll open the lobby, they don't have an answer. Getting to be a major issue with those on a time crunch. Should have a better option to bank. Seriously considering switching banks because of this.
