I didn't even realize there was a bank inside this King Soopers. I had been banking with a different bank for years, but stopped to speak with this small satellite branch after seeing one of their offers. The banker that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me set up 2 accounts with transfers on the spot. I now make more than 3X the interest compared to my old bank.

us bank owns the company elavon I have a business and the company of elavon is in charge of collecting my cards the machine that tried me did not work for days without realizing it and they don't want to hold me responsible or give me my begotten money if they have this company from Elavon be super attentive they are special thieves when the Bach adds his machine

Slowest location I have ever been to!! Took 30 minutes to get 2 customers helped and had a line of about 15 people behind me all kissed off!!

When have US Bank ever been closed on Saturdays? When did they make this adjustment? That's the only time that I could go to the bank and that's the only time I have gone to USBank I can't go there Mon-Fri because I work until 6 and by the time I get off and go pick up my daughter from child care they are closed. This is such an inconvenience

I had a seriously messed up situation happened to me involving my checking account and I was very tempted to not continue using U.S. Bank. I had deposited a check in to the atm that somebody wrote me for some fireplace work I did for them. It ended up being a bad check and US Bank, Automatically froze my account and threatened to close my account down. I spent the whole weekend trying to get it worked out, only to get the run around from everyone. Debit card transactions posted to my account and sent my account into the negative. I was not even able to deposit cash in to my account to bring my account to a positive balance. I was getting very frustrated because not only did I get screwed for the work I did but now I felt my own bank that I have banked with for years is screwing me as well. To sum it up, I had to go to the branch I created the account at many years ago and talk with them to get it fixed. Robert, the branch manager made numerous phone calls and did everything he could to get my account unfrozen and to get the situation resolved. I just wanted to post how appreciative I am of him and how there is people out there that still have enough customer appreciation and great customer service skills and it is because of this Manager that I will be continuing to bank with U.S. Bank

Constantly have to wait 45 min to an hour to do basic banking. Terrible customer service. Lines regularly back into grocery aisles. They cannot work efficiently, EVER. I hope they close at this point, they’ve proven they can’t be an actual working bank branch.

Worst serive ever! Spent almost an hour waiting for a branch manager or someone to help me that the teller is not able to help with either. Not even a glance in the waiting area to let us know someone should be with us shortly. And it smells like a wet dog inside. Like they don't clean the carpets at all.

Uncomfortable with banks,stay away from this one outside of check cashing or deposits. Although they appear friendly, a simple things as correcting them addressing you by your first name, will have them TAGGING YOU, in the system. Using just doing their jobs to hinder loan and the likes. Once you are TAGGED,ALL OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION MIGHT HANDLE YOU,yes HANDLE YOU. CHECK CASHING OR DEPOSITS ONLY. You know who I. Edward & the other guy i just call him "Big Guy" with the suspenders on are so great to work with it. I make daily deposits for my company and even if they have a line out the door, they are still so very professional at what they do. I refuse to go to any other bank because these 2 guys here are also very fast at what they do.

The other reviews are spot on fat lazy employees that say they will lay do something then wait until end of day which makes your finances un unusable until the weekend is over. Call costumer service and they will say they cannot help you and that the employee didn't do what they were supposed to. Dont even get me started on the house n word with his horrible style. Closing my account would not recommend. Will give you low credit with high apr. Look into anything else!

The location and hours are great. The service is pretty terrible. Employees will assure you things they're not trained on or even sure about. As long as giving you false answers makes things easier on them. Others are just rude. It seems like being friendly and truly professional isn't a priority when US Bank trains their employees. I've switched services to another bank and I'm just waiting for everything to go through so that I can close my account with them. I'm looking forward to it.
