This review is for the Bank in its entirety, not just the local branch. I’ve banked with US for about 3 years. This was the worst banking experience I’ve had since 2010s Wells Fargo. It takes at LEAST an hour for phone help (that’s if you get someone helpful). The app either crashes all the time or it’s being updated, so you can’t use it. Yesterday I found my card was canceled with no warning even though I most definitely have sufficient funds. I’m pulling everything out of this wretched bank tomorrow. Save yourself the stress and skip US Bank

I spoke with the branch manager concerning my issue and it was very apparent that they did not want to address my concerns. I don't know if I've ever heard so many sighs, lip smacks or ughs in a call during my lifetime. The issue was simple. There was a hold on my deposit. I've had before with other banks when I've had a new deposit. I asked if the hold could be released but the manager said no. Not only did they say no, they said they would call "the back room" to get my hold lifter but that she would only call after I hung up. Was my hold lifted? No. Did the manager ever call back? No. They wanted me off the phone. Horrible service.

I was seriously concerned about my safety I withdraw $10,000 and they counted it in front of everyone, to a point where I called the wife to be ready with her gun just in case they tried to rob me outside, I was concerned for my safety since every one knew how much I cashed out

Tellers don’t understand how to depots it checks drafted by its own bank. You need to explain them how to process transaction.

Truly the worst bank I’ve ever had. Go anywhere but here. They do not care for their customers

The worst bank to deal with. They hold your money hostage for weeks like they’re not the ones robbing you of hidden fees meanwhile using your account balance as leverage to lend at high rates of interest. It seems like attitude is the only thing these people have, never an answer or available funds. The money has been taken from my customer’s bank account so why are you holding my money hostage for 10 days.

Never sign up for a u.s. bank account, never do business with them, never expect anything to get done if you do do business with them, expect to lose a lot of money if you do business with them oh, do not expect helpful service from u.s. Bank. Do not expect US Bank to have hours that are accommodating to the average adult, do not expect to be able to get your money if they are not open. Do not expect good things from u.s. Bank, do not use u.s. Bank

Get treated like the enemy when doing business with a female employee. While I was conversating and opening a account with female employee, another employee kept asking her "Are you alright?"

Came in to make a deposit and some other stuff. The teller gave me an attitude for some reasons. Not only today, I talked to a banker at another time and she also had an attitude. Thinking of closing my account and switch over other banks. Worst customers service!!!

2 stars is the best I can do. The employees there are nice people, but US Bank was just a terrible experience as someone trying to open small business checking accounts and apply for business credit cards. If you want a stellar business banking experience, go to KeyBank on Broadway and talk to Esteban - that guy's a rock star.US Bank treats you like you're a toddler and only allows you to deposit $500 daily or $1,000 per week into checking accounts and when I applied for business CC, they gave me a limit of $3K (not sure if this is a joke or an insult) when I have stellar credit and personal CCs with super high limits. In addition, when I asked an employee to call for a credit limit increase, it took them 6 days to pick up the phone for 2 minutes and that was after I had already emailed, called, and visited the branch in person to get a resolve the issue before they even bothered to lift a finger. So much for being a a valued customer.

I'm deeply unsatisfied with my experience at this branch. I walk into the branch, I saw the branch manager was talking to the security guard by the door and we made eye contact. Never once he greeted me. What happen to, "Hello, welcome to US Bank?" Have US Bank gone away from this or only juat this location? I made my way to the deposit counter, requesting the CSR I have a cash deposit and after I would make a withdraw for a credit card payment. Half way through the transaction, the CSR rudely ask if I have mobile banking and if so why don't I used it? I was dumbfounded by that comment, I thought as if I in some twilight zone? Because this is the worse experience ever! I have better service at other US Bank locations. Come on S. Federal Blvd! What happen to your customer service? This location need a whole rework! Top Leaderships need to bring in better manager and hire better employees that actually care about their customers.

I'm deeply unsatisfied with my experience at this branch. Disclaimer: I'm not a US bank customer, and was only using an ATM machine at the branch. The ATM machine charged my card, didn't dispense cash, and retained my card as well. Of course one walks into the branch for help, there's the large "US Bank" logo imprinted on the ATM after all. The banker was condescending and aggressive, telling me that given I'm not a customer of US bank and it's a third party machine, the branch can't and surely don't care to do anything about it, not even help to retrieve my card locked 10 steps away. Why would I ever want to be a customer of US bank after this? If you placed a machine by your lobby offering ATM service to non US bank customers, you should at least have the sense of responsibility to direct users of the service to appropriate channels of assistance. Did I not pay transaction fees while using these services? Even for the failed cash withdraw I was charged the transaction fee as well. Why would I assume I will be treated well if I were a customer of US bank when there's no common courtesy extended?Disappointing institution.

I am not a fan of being interrogated every time I try to do my banking. I am not sure if they enjoy being jerks or if they are really that d**** ?
