I called the bank to make an appointment for a 4 o'clock or 4:30. They told me no because it was too late that they had one at 3:30pm, well here I am at 4:30pm still waiting for the banker to help me open a account. This is why we make appointments for a reason because we have things to do,

After nearly 20 years, I closed my checking account due to abysmal service from the branch manager. The tellers I have interacted with have all been pleasant and seem to enjoy their work. I moved all of my banking and investments to Chase up the street so I did not have to interact with this branch and its manager and I realized that other banking institutions are far more technologically advanced and service oriented than US Bank. There's no comparison. Save yourself the headache and go to Chase.

As per every bank everywhere, they're on their time. Dude was nice not to make me pay $7 to cash a payroll check that was from that bank.

This branch had the best experience of any bank that I've been to. I had made an appointment to open a business bank account and was new to this bank so it really blew me away having such a great experience. The staff was friendly when I came in and I had to wait less than a minute for Trish, the person who helped me open my business account. Trish was extra helpful and informative when walking me through the whole process, her energy was also extra inviting, that made me feel comfortable to ask questions that were questions that I imagine a good chunk of people have but are afraid to ask in fear of looking silly. The thing that I liked most about my interaction here is actually Trish sharing a story herself when she was young, she had made a mistake that was a learning lesson for her that she related to one of the questions I was asking. This branch was the bees knees and although I live by closer US bank branches, I will go out of my way to come to this one because I loved the service here.Oh and if you choose to get the bonus when opening a new business account, you might want to check the fine print instead of just going in and expecting the amount in your account right away, there is terms and conditions, make sure you have your ducks in a row before complaining that they arent giving you your bonus, if you do you'll be peachy.

Tried to get documents notarized. Employee said all US Bank branches are renewing their notaries at the same time and referred us to UPS. Dump US bank and doing all banking at Navy Federal Credit Union.

My husband and I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years. We recently decided to buy a new car and went in to talk about financing. We were told that they couldn't see us that day but to make an appointment. My husband made an appointment for the next day, arranging his day around their availability. When he arrived he was made to wait for over 1/2 an hour just to have someone come tell him that they didn't have time to see him. Yes, that is what they said, "We don't have time to see you today. You can reschedule or try another branch if you like". My husband was only one of two customers in the bank and the employees outnumbered them at least 3 to 1. How disrespectful can one be? We have gotten no call back, email, or any communication to apologize for the inconvenience or even to try and schedule another meeting. Apparently, this branch doesn't feel our business is worth their time.

I was lied to about the account bonus of $600. Now they have me direct depositing into there bank $5000 or more a month and they got it for free after tricking me to open an account and not forking up the $600 to open a new account. There such a bad bank they have to offer people $600 to open account and then they stiff you. Unethical liars. NO ONE EVER OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THEM THERE UNETHICAL LIARS

SCAM ! Don’t open with them
