After waiting an hour to meet with in the branch with a "relationship consultant" regarding updates to my HOA's account, no follow-up has occurred and the consultant has not responded to calls and emails. After six weeks of non-response, I have appointment to go back to the branch and hopefully get resolution.

We have been with US Bank for nearly 30 years. My online experience with the bank has, for the most part, been good. My experience with this branch has always been terrible. Last week I went into the bank to send a wire. I had to wait 45 minutes to see a banker. The wire was supposed to go out the next day. Two days later the funds had still not been transferred. I called the branch and as usual no one answered. I finally spoke with someone on the general number. He was apologetic and tried reaching this branch himself. No answer. We finally solved the problem and he told me that someone from the branch would reach out to apologize for not letting me know that the wire did not transfer. A week later, I am still waiting….

What an actual joke. Walked in to cash a check that was clearly a U.S. BANK check and they wanted to charge me. . . To cash a check that was issued by them. Comical

This bank clearly does not care about their customers. The level of unprofessionalism is truly remarkable. I tried getting a fraud dispute handled with grace and had no luck with that, fraud by the way that this bank allowed to happen on my account and the they now won't refund. Next I asked to speak with the branch president, who wouldn't take any calls nor return any calls. Then I went into the branch and the branch president of course wouldn't see me, apparently I don't have enough $$ in my bank accounts to matter. Then I got passed off to scot brooks who turned out to be equally useless as a banker and customer service representative. He didn't follow up with me after wasting an hour of my time in the branch, nor return later phone calls.This branch is the epitome of a large corporate bank that has no regard for their customers, just corporate profits. Do yourself a favor, and find a bank that cares about you as a person and as a customer. The customer service (not) provided by this bank is appalling.

The level of unprofessionalism here that I experienced from Tracey and the other staff is ridiculous. I was told to go in person to fix and issue and then to call customer service which then told me to do the same thing. It took a total of 5 visits to the bank branch for them to not be able to fix my banking issue. I will never recommend banking here. These people were so rude and inept at their jobs.

US Bank is awful! It will prevent you from making online purchases over $1000 and labeling your account as "FRAUD", prompting one to call the customer service department to then enable a purchase. Who has time for that!? This review is to prevent a future customer from frustration. I'll BE TERMINATING THIS ACCOUNT.

I cannot remember the tellers name but there was a taller gentleman with his hair in a bun on top of his head. He helped me feel heard & was very helpful.

This branch manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at US Bank. I called ahead to make sure I could rent a safety deposit box and told the person I was on the way. I drove across town stood in line, and then was told by the branch manager, PERLA AMAYA that I had to make an appointment! I told her I had already called and told the person I was on the way. She said there was no one available to help me and that I should come back and make an appointment. THE US BANK WEBSITE SAYS THAT SERVVICES ARE AVAILABLE WALK IN OR APPOINTMENT. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RENT SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES. If I had not already called and told them I was coming I can understand them putting me off, but that was not what I was told and then it was clear that my needs were not important. Meanwhile four employees were sitting in front of me with no customers. I have never received this kind of terrible customer service from this bank at any other location. Ms Amaya cut me off, didn't listen or care about my needs, and could not have more rude and unhelpful. Sheobviously does not care about customers.Ms. Amaya just lost the Bank a long time customer. Ps. I see from other reviews that this branch has other complaints. Poorly run. Needs new management who cares about customers.

Came in to open a savings account got the best customer service from Vera Medina. She was so friendly and thorough. Definitely did her due diligence. I will not be banking with anyone else.

Terrible customer service, rude, abrupt, and gave me an attitude, then was too lazy to help me re-deposit an inappropriately returned check, instead making me wait in the line at the cashier's desk after having already waited to speak with the banker. I saw the 2-ish star rating online before going into the branch to solve my problem, but went in anyway because I was in that neighborhood Turns out, the service was even worse than 2-star, Unbelievable.

I have been a customer of this branch for over 15 years. I’ve done my personal ,my business and investment banking with the same banker Gloria Torres and Scott Gajeski .I have been extremely satisfied with their services and everyone at this branch . I have since moved out of state , but all my bank accounts have remained with this US Bank . The relationship and the trust that I’ve developed over the years with this branch and group is unparalleled. There has never been a disappointment.
