Beware of the US Bank credit card department's mischief with consumers. Will never make any credit cards from US Bank again!!”Earn $200 cash back. Spend $1,000 in the first 120 days." Made the US Bank Cash+ Credit Card and purchased more than $1,000 by 7/4/2023 as described by US Bank, but US Bank did not pay the $200 reward.Diana, a Supervisor, said on their part that we did not spend $1000 until 7/4/2023, but we spent more than $1000 CA time by that day.On July 4, 2023, at 6:18 p.m., we spent $204 on Wix. This was the exact time we purchased from Wix that night.Diana showed remarkable rudeness and manners. I have a lot of top-class reward cards, and this disrespect has not been found in BOA, Chase, or City Bank credit card agents.If you US Bank used the word "SPEND", be responsible for it. As you are arguing now, cardholders should have spent $1000 a few days before the expiration date and according to the wording you wrote, no consumer would understand it that way. Shame on you US Bank.

This is not about a US Bank Branch. This is about US bank online services. I cannot get into my account unless I have a mobile phone, which I do not. It will not give me the code when requested to my landline phone number. Then, they give the option to send the code to my email of record. I tried 20 times and no go.. Time to go personally into my accounts that I had for about 15 years and close them out.

Thank to them I am going to be homeless all because they want give me my card back and my money other at the ATM machine. The ATM took my card and money and refuses to give me my car back and my money so please go to Bank of America they are better then US BANK so I am very upset with them and they are very big time rude and disrespectful

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to withdrew some money from the bank. we parked in the parking garage we received a parking receipt we took it into the bank they said that they validate but the first 30 minutes is free so we don't need to validate. went back to the parking garage they said that we owed $6 because we stayed in for 17 minutes and no parking is free. I called the bank they were sorry and that they would refund the $6 so sorry that they didn't validate the first time we went into the bank. I check my account today and there was nothing in there the banks that they would put the $6 back in and they did not.

US bank are a bunch of scam artists. Don’t fall for the sign on bonus. They will make sure you don’t get it. Even if you have met the criteria.

this is the absolute worst bank i’ve ever done business with! i would highly recommend avoiding this branch entirely. my business has had nothing but problems with this location and they are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. they have shorted us on cash exchanges more than once and apparently “couldn’t find the money” leaving my registers short on money. one of the tellers has hit on and asked out one of my employees while doing the cash exchange for her. this behavior is disgusting and extremely unprofessional. someone need to get a manager out to this location before a much bigger issue arises. their one and only job is to correctly count/handle cash and they are clearly too incompetent to do so.
