Extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency when it came to return policy. I asked a number of times to confirm that I could return NOT just exchange and told yes...I was the screwed over and had to pay $550 to get out of everything tied to Denver Mattress.

We’ve had the Iris mattress for two years and every night say “this is the best mattress”.
It’s firm overall, but the wool topper gives just enough cushion to be cozy. Their customizable pillows are also fantastic because you get to decide how firm or soft you want by adding or removing filling.
Customer service has been top notch. We’ve gone back to request more filling and they’re friendly and generous.

Shoutout to Alexa, Ken, Josh, and another lady (I'm absolutely terrible with names) who helped me. I had really been turned off by other mattress stores in the area, and they gave me the space and freedom to try different mattresses, and when I did have questions they were there to help. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate the effort they made to make sure my mattress was delivered by getting all the various insurance paperwork that my building required for the delivery. Y'all are great, and I'm already raving to my friends about the wonderful experience.

Confusing store. I wasn’t able to find any DVD’s. We hadn’t been to this location for several years, but I remember they had a huge selection of videos and CD’s available. Now, the entire store is full of beds.Even though I left empty-handed, I’m giving five stars because the staff was very friendly.UPDATE:Well, mystery solved! It turns out that this store used to be ‘Second Spin’. It seems that they went out of business in January 2018.The company that’s in the building now sells mattresses, apparently.That explains a lot.

Just took delivery of a bloom dahlia mattress, it's just as comfortable as in-store. Sales associates were attentive but low pressure. All around great experience and product.

This store has gone way downhill. We loved our first two mattresses (King and Queen) from this store purchased about 9 and 6 years ago.Their new in-house Urban Sleep products are garbage, and the 100 night sleep guarantee is not a guarantee in any way, shape, or form. It is a single exchange for another overpriced and disappointing product. There is no opportunity for a refund within the 30 day to 100 day time frame that is industry standard.We've had this second, $3,800 Urban Sleep product for over two months and will likely end up tossing it soon...

I will never forgive Urban Mattress for what they did to me. I ordered a nice mattress and they had the nerve to give me a used one - one with little bloodstains throughout (I even recorded video, this definitely happened.) They purposely made it on their last delivery of the night, so they could drive away and not come back. When I called the store right away, they told me they were closed and couldn't do anything until morning. Enough time for my apartment to get infested with bed bugs. Had to move and get rid of 90% of my belongings. Lost things that I can never get back. Memories gone. I hope this place goes bankrupt and the owner winds up homeless. Seriously.

Months later I still LOVE my mattress. I’m a side sleeper and I never wake up with a bad shoulder since switching. My experience was immaculate from store to delivery and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything and wasn’t harassed afterwards like the big mattress companies do. So happy I decided to invest in a high quality mattress and even happier to have shopped local.

The overall experience from selecting the mattress to the delivery was fantastic. Everyone from the sales team to the delivery driver were professional, friendly, and they delivered as promised. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality mattress at a good price.

wow, we had an awesome experience from instore, delivery of mattress and everything. Josh Chudyk was our sales person, he was very helpful, great listener and truly nice to work with. Not a pushy sales person and truly cared for us "the customer" -- it was a pleasure working with him. Highly suggest working with Josh-- the pillows and mattress are great as well:)

Purchased a king size mattress here a couple weeks ago - super knowledgeable guy helping me and not pushy or using any scummy sales tactics like the typical car or mattress salesman. Delivery was as expected as well, very friendly and set the mattress up for me. Sad I only saw the check in yelp item for the mattress cover now- will you still honor it?

These guys are AMAZING.....PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL.....Made our Dreams come true at the Right price.....AND IM DIFFECULT TO WORK With five stars, OR SO I THOUGHT. THIS WAS A HUSTLE, I had not had my bed for week and found that the box springs was broken in 3 places so I called to set a time for them to came and replace it, the a day we agreed on came and went Noone showed, I called back SEVERAL TIMES to answering machine leaving message after message, TO WHICH I NEVER got a call back another week passed and i started to find blood smooshes on my pillows which turned out to be.... WELL I will let you do the math, newly rent apartment and a new bed= bad news and every time I tried to go to the store the there were never who I worked with originally and claimed they could not find my purchase and that I was mistaken, the only only that was salvaged from said purchase was 2 king size still in original packaged pillows and sheets, I am sorry for the LONG review but consumers MUST KNOW TO NEVER SHOP HERE EVER
