came here over two years ago and was so grateful for how quickly they diagnosed and repaired an engine issue that another shop couldn’t figure out. Five stars for both skill and customer service! I’ll be scheduling another appointment soon and look forward to the same professional, straightforward experience. I’ll update once the work is done.

Was very helpful and showed every detail of all the issues with my car. I also like how they show you upfront of every estimate price that will cost you. Then you also are given a estimate price before they even attempt to address your issues. So I like how everything was done for me and their service was just great. Thank you and I will continue going here when I need to.

The BEST auto repair shop that I've been to in Denver! Peter helped me with a headlight replacement without an appointment and was courteous, kind, quick and efficient! I was back on the road in 15 minutes! Will highly recommend to everyone I know!

Really solid place!! I took my car in for an oil change, got it home, and had a check engine light that turned on the next day. They followed up the same day with a survey where I mentioned it and they immediately asked me to come in so they could check it out. Ended up being an old oil cap (definitely wasn’t their problem) letting to much air in the engine which they replaced for free even after I tried to pay them. Truly some honest work and people!!

I've never such top-notch customer service from a car repair shop. They keep impeccable records, give detailed information so the customer can make the best decisions, and complete repairs in a timely fashion. They operate like a trusted partner in the care of our car. Can't recommend highly enough!

Went in to get my brake light replaced, got there first thing in the morning assuming I would have to leave my car there and pick it up after work, and instead they just replaced it for me in five minutes and I was out the door and not even late to work! Will definitely keep going here with any issues.

This place is in my neighborhood. Soon as I pulled out of my parking lot, ended up with a fast flat tire changed it real quick and then went to Urban Auto Care just to ask them if they could repair my flat and check my spare. They aired up my spare for me for free in 5 minutes. Told me they couldn't fix the other tire, and didn't charge me a dime. Really appreciate the kindness of a local community shop. Definitely coming back here when I need a new set of tires in a couple months.
