UPDATE: Changed to 5-stars! Zack called me right away and scheduled me for the service I needed. Throughout the process, I received several phone calls updating me on the status of the repair. Thank you for addressing my concerns!
I was excited to find this place as a referral from a coworker, they make scheduling easy and are very nice and personable. I took my car in for a 90K inspection, received a check-in text and photos of my vehicle right when they opened. By around 3pm, I hadn’t received a call regarding the status of my car, so I gave them a call and they said they were running a little behind but they called me right back and we went through the list of recommended services from their inspection. Due to the time, they were unable to complete any of the recommended services that day which was totally understandable. Since I needed my car back, I scheduled one of their service recommendations for a date two weeks away.
A few days before the scheduled appointment, I received a text confirming my appointment and I dropped my car off before they opened. This time, I didn’t receive the check-in text or any photos of my car. By 2pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called but didn’t get a call back. I called again at 3pm and was asked if I had taken my car to the right location since they didn’t have it in their system. We later found that they did have my car and I got a call about ten minutes later with the diagnosis and a price estimate. Again, it was too late in the day to get the actual service completed. When I called back to again schedule the service, the price was double what I was quoted an hour earlier (another easy mistake which I understand). At this point, I chose to not schedule and when I went to pick up my car, I was charged an $87 diagnostic fee.
I am really frustrated with the communication I received. I had to call several times to receive updates on my car and I am not even sure they had my appointment in their system. It was disappointing to have been charged the diagnostic fee when the price or process was never communicated along with the other miscommunications. I am disheartened with my experience because I was looking forward to them being my go-to shop in Denver.

They seemed honest, even telling me a concern I had wasn't really an issue. They were a little sluggish with communicating when they were done with my car.

I can’t thank Jermaine and Zach enough for their incredible help. I was in a tough spot with a burnt-out light bulb on my vehicle and needed it fixed fast. On short notice, they came through and got me back on the road in no time. What really impressed me was their professionalism and the care they showed in handling everything. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers like they do. Look no further. Jermaine and Zach have earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

I was desperate to get my AC fixed in this 95+ degree weather. I called 8 locations around Denver, and truly, this was the only one who was immediately friendly and helpful. The process to drop off my car was incredibly easy, and the team was very quick and responsive. This feels like a one-of-a-kind business!

The guys who work here are great and so nice. I dropped my car off after working a night shift to get my oil changed and yearly maintenance and I was able to pick it up once I woke up. They got me an Uber home also. They always do a great job and never tried to oversell me things I don’t need, which I appreciate.

Dropped my car off at UAC yesterday with a donut on and my flat tire in the trunk with a nice hole caused by a screw. Was greeted by Ed immediately upon opening who was so friendly and helpful even though I didn't have any sort of a reservation and dropped my car off without any warning. Ed personally took the time to get my tire fixed in between their scheduled appointments that day so that I could pick the car up after work. Got home last night and was going to move all of the junk I had moved into my car from the trunk to be able to access the spare back into the trunk and was so pleasantly surprised to see that Ed and the people at UAC didn't just throw the spare in the trunk (which I honestly expected and would not have been upset about), but put the spare back in its little cubby hole in the trunk and neatly put the spare kit back together in its place as well. I really felt taken care of and felt that Ed at Urban Auto Care really went above and beyond when so many places these days just don't go that extra step. I know now where I will be taking my car in the future with any service needs. These guys really are great!!!

I bring my MR2 here for periodic service. Staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. They also provide Lyft service if you need assistance in dropping off or picking up vehicle.
