The employee Kevin Johnson was very passive aggressive from the moment we spoke to him. He was very disrespectful and rude towards my mother and grandmother. Next time please make sure your company has proper customer service etiquette, for this not to happen again..He had also assumed my age without reading my ID first and said “Only 18+ could ship out mail” and then I told him I’m 20 years old after handing him my ID. He wanted a specific Colorado ID so I gave it to him and still proceeded to not do his job and read it because assuming I’m underage without checking first is unprofessional from his part.

Don't waste your time this is a third party location that likes to nickel and dime. I had a prepaid UPS label for a return AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $3.41 to print and put the label on the box. If you just go a little bit further to the greenwood village corporate location they will do this for free every time. The owners barely speak English and they simply want to take your money, if you have money to throw away this is the spot for you!

Shad was extremely helpful and took care of everything I needed. Amazing service and appreciate him helping get the most reasonable shipping method for my needs. Made sure everything was accurate and helped me in a timely manner.

UPS delivered an Amazon package but didn’t bother to leave it at the door and left it downstairs instead. I brought it back to this location to return the package exactly as it was delivered, but the lady was rude and wanted me to tape it. Terrible customer service

I was in Denver visiting my daughter and needed to ship to Indiana. Shad was so helpful and explained some of the ways the pricing is calculated.
He was so nice to us and very professional and knowledgeable.

Shad and the manager were amazing. They helped me get my package from 95$ to 58$ including a box. They offered a military discount which made the world of difference. Very helpful and great people!!

Shad and Alyssa from UPS 6811 off 6300 E Hampden were INCREDIBLE! They were so helpful and wonderful to work with on a large project! Very grateful for their extremely wonderful service! Highly recommend!

I used this UPS store to ship a USPS package priority mail. Between me leaving with a tracking number and Four days later it m is now lost. Tracking says it was never picked up??? I can’t get any help from this store. I can’t make a claim with usps because it isn’t in their system. UPS won’t let me make a claim because it was shipped via usps. Horrible customer service. Asked manager to call me. She did not.

Mr. SHAD was extremely professional and thorough in his work. He ensured that all my documents were accurately notarized without any issues. He was very courteous and patient, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The entire process was very efficient, and I was able to get my documents notarized in a matter of minutes.
