This is the best UPS store I've ever been to! Devin, Jess and Tyler manage to run everything smoothly, even when it is always busy, and are very patient! It makes it feel more like a local shop than a UPS store.

There are several UPS stores close to me, but this is the one I always go to because the people here are fabulous! Not only are they quick and helpful, they are a super fun team. It’s clear that they all like working together and it makes the whole environment warm and inviting. Thank you Devonn, Tyler, Louie, and Tess for being fabulous humans. Awesome service and these guys were so helpful shipping a majority of my clothes from Denver to Miami. If I didn’t have UPS, I would’ve paid over 2k for a shipping pod. These men are polite, kind, and efficient. I would recommend this UPS to others!

I have used this UPS many times to drop off/ship packages and I have always experienced excellent customer service. I've interacted with at least 4-5 different employees and every time each person has been friendly, quick, and helpful. The location can feel a little dicey at times but the staff make me feel safe and taken care of.

I asked them THREE times if my overnight package (going out Friday morning) would arrive on Saturday, if I needed to buy a different label or do anything else to make it so. They said they'd put a Saturday sticker on it and it would get there. Now it's Saturday and tracking says it won't arrive until Monday. Don't reassure me over and over (and therefore leading me to reassure my client) if it's not.gonna.happen. Credibility matters. Honesty matters. I would not be giving a bad review if they had told me the truth. Now I look bad in the eyes of my client.

I came in half an hour before close on Sunday with my kids in tow and the guy behind the counter immediately started complaining about people coming in so close to close. It was going to take 5 minutes, 10 tops. When I asked him questions he was rude, condescending, and intentionally unhelpful. It was clear he didn’t want my business so we left. I will not be going back.
