5 stars and my favorite/ only UPS store I go to in Denver!
The owner, Hari is so polite and helpful.
I had some stress returning parcel and they made it a piece of cake for me, no worries at all!

I was at my wits end with UPS, because of their inability to give me access to my account and attempted all 3 deliveries while I was out of town, but when I went to the UPS on university, Amber changed everything. She brought me to the back, called the warehouse, confirmed my package was there, gave me directions and quite literally drew me a map because the warehouse is confusing. Shoutout to Amber for saving UPS’s reputation in my book. Give this woman a raise.

I really appreciate the way the team and especially Amber work with customers. When I had questions after dropping a package for shipment Amber was willing to talk me through my options and take time from her day to make sure everything was correct. Not easy to find that kind of friendly, professional service. Very refreshing.

Avoid at all costs. Parking lot is a nightmare and employees are super apathetic. When it rains/snows, half the parking lot is inundated with water and there is a guy running around yelling at people for trying to avoid it.

This is always the most pleasant, efficient, and organized store. They are always helpful - even during the busy holiday season. Amber really took the time to help me track down a package today. She was so kind and patient. Glad this is my neighborhood UPS store!

Such a scam. Do not go here unless you want to spend twice as much to send something UPS. They don’t even sell a manila envelope. They make you buy a four dollar envelope to mail a piece of paper. They don’t let you use corporate accounts. They try and package it for you For an obscene amount of money. The only valuable thing you can do here is bring in a completely ready package and they will give you the UPS price for it.
