I only used this location twice when I used to live in Denver till 2019. Parking is a pain and not very strategically placed for disabled folks in wheelchairs. Employees are nice and helpful, but location is what hurts this store.

I have been coming to this UPS store for 4 years. We are moving and I will miss the convenient, friendly service! They have always gone above and beyond to assist me and I appreciated that!

I'm very impressed with this location. I had several paintings that needed to be shipped and the excellent staff packed and shipped them quickly and safely.
The wonderful woman who helped me explained the packing process and protection of items from damage. Great service and peace of mind.

The rudest and out of line employee/service I have receieved. The notary and proclaimed manager of the store is the most disrespectful person I've experienced in a while. She came out of the back area without even greeting or looking at us. Immediately proceeding with an attitude that she already had. Did not give us an opportunity to finish the service we requested via appointment. She in the process discriminated against an elderly person for needing assistance and having a language barrier. Kept trying to argue and then walked away while telling us to go somewhere else and other things that I will be discussing during my complaint to the stores management and then corporate office. I've already notified my family attorney. Do not go to this location. The business does not regulate their employees nor train them on how to treat customer and humans first and foremost. You will be hearing from us.

UPS always makes things easy, but this specific store is outstanding! So efficient with such friendly and kind workers. I will continue to use ups for any of my shipping and printing needs!

The workers at this store are PHENOMANAL!!! There was an escaated customer that came in and was harassing and verbally assaulting the workers and they handled it VERY well! I was amazed at their ability to handle such an intense and scary situation! They also were incredibly helpful with showing me how to pull up my virtual shipping lable and getting everything shipped out!

Lyric was so kind and an amazing help to my daughter and I today at the 2579 UPS store. We needed resume copies, lots of picture prints and two very important packages sent to loved ones in two different states for an upcoming wedding.
One was not going to arrive on time. I realized this after we left the store. I called her and she quickly intercepted and redirected the package for us.

Closed early on and would not let me drop off pre-labeled boxes. One of the employees, looked like a manager, yelled at me through the glass. Ridiculous.
Will not return.

Great service from Pia. We had a package mis-delivered. It was for my brother who need the contents but has a different primary address. Pia found a solution for me to pick up his package which included contacting him for permission. She went above and beyond to make my pick up happen. We are grateful!

Jessica is extremely rude. They make you pay to print their labels off. Sleazy ups use a different one.
