The friendliness of the staff and desire to exceed service expectations. Anytime I come to this location, either Bree or Scott are there and greeting guests with a smile and energy rarely experienced any longer in customer service settings. They make my time running an extra errand during the day enjoyable and stress-free. I highly suggest this UPS location for all shipping printing or delivery needs.

I work for an And investment company Raymond James I went into center overnight check and some slips off however, they told me they do not allow prepaid overnight there. Their employee was standing over me, while I was writing some personal information. I felt very disrespected by a person standing over me and then just look at me as I’m trying to finish what I was doing a looking at personal Information. Being a minority going in and doing my job They kinda looked at me suspicious. The female employee did I left the store and went to another UPS store where they told me they could accept my overnight slip however they did not want.
Called the store manager to speak with, and I spoke with the owner this morning and explained to him and he Disconnected the phone and call back and he wouldn’t answer because I was letting him know about how his employee was. I would not recommend the store to anyone if you are an account holder for UPS to go. They have no respect for people.

What an awful experience opening the box I sent across the country to myself just to find out they conned me and took zero care with my prized possession. I paid 600 dollars to ship my bicycle from Denver to NY. The price included labor for packaging in TWO boxes (as insisted by the employee) and TWO sets of packing material (bubble wrap etc.). Not only did they only use one box, but they used ZERO packing material leaving my bike exposed for damage. AND they tore the box while forcing the wheel in so a part was exposed during travel! Note the scrape on the inside of the box as they shoved it in. Shame shame shame, run away and find another UPS store, I’m looking forward to getting my money back.

Horrible experience, terrible company. Never paying this place or any other location to ship if possible. I hate doing. Amazon returns here, sometimes you pay them, and they don't send your package and just steal it instead! How is this legal? Charge for a piece of tape! Really? Worst customer service. This one and any other location is the same .

Marie was awesome! I had a last minute print job from Kansas City and she was on it immediately. She was so friendly and even delivered it to the hotel where my client was having a meeting. And the final product looked great!

Great location. Went in to make several large size prints. Results were awesome. Would highly recommend stopping by an letting staff help with printing and shipping needs. Large selection of boxes and other supplies you might need.
THEY ARE OPEN WITH 16TH STREET REPAIRS BEING MADE.

It's honestly a decent store. When I came here, the lines weren't too long because it seemed the operation was running efficiently and there were very well staffed. I know this can vary based on day/time... But for my experience it was good. Staff was friendly and I only spent about 15 minutes here before leaving with my items. I would come back for my shipping needs.

This location is great! Shad was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable when helping me ship a package.
