I would give zero stars if possible. Owner, Darrell, was rude and not helpful at all. When returning an Amazon item he insisted it had to be in another box, it could not be returned in the manufacturer's original box. Amazon return instructions did not indicate it had to be repackaged. He scammed me out of $5 for a box and tape. Then got bent out of shape when I called him on it. I made a private comment to my husband that next time I'd go to Kohls. The Owner took a step back, puffed out his chest, gave me a dirty look and rolled his eyes at me and became very confrontational. Very unprofessional behavior for a business owner. Darrell threatened to cancel the purchase for us to take our return to Kohls. He complained that he hears it 30 times a day. That's a him problem, not a me problem. Maybe you need to change your business model and remember that your there for us, the customer. If you have no customers you have no business.
Edited to add: I refuse to enter a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. Corporate will be receiving my complaint as well. With the plethora of negative reviews calling out your rude demeanor, it’s amazing to me you still have the UPS name.

Maggy at this location was so rude she started cussing me out all because I brought a box that was as open, I think it was because she had to come out from the back or something but forsure so unprofessional.

Never had any issues with basic shipping or Amazon returns. Has all the essentials and is in a convenient location. Helpful and straight forward, quick service.

charges .50 for a strip of tape. $3 to print a label if you only have the bar code. I have a business account and spend hundreds a year with UPS. Always a problem here. Other locations don’t do this.

Charge 3$ for just one paper copy. When I asked why the price was so high, he said my boss did this. Isn't there a general fixed price in UPS?

As of Jan 15, 2024 they charge to tape a box closed. They charge ACTUAL MONEY to put a single piece of tape on a box. I will do whatever I can to avoid this place now.

Helpful tip: this specific location is not ESA dog friendly.
This is my first time here and for the first time I felt uncomfortable at a UPS store. Saving Grace was the female employee who was super sweet and helpful while I was assisted by her as I was outside. I didn’t get her name - but thank you for your help with my returns!
Long version:
Entered the store when it was empty to drop off Amazon returns. I was balancing a large package, a bag of returns and my dog on leash. When I entered all the employees were behind the counter just chatting in a circle and the first thing I was told, by who I am assume is the manager of the store, was that I couldn’t bring my dog in. I mentioned he was ESA and he told me I had to go outside and I could be assisted then. No greeting nothing just a direct order.
Im typically understanding but did not appreciate his tone or lack of helpfulness. He proceeded to remain behind the counter while only 1 out if 4 employees came over to help me with the packages. The manager was about to tell her to not help me too which made the experience with him directly worse. I then walked outside, as directed, and the female helped me outside too - she was so sweet and kind. She is literally this place’s saving grace.
The guy then tells me to move away from the door for people to enter…mind you it was a ghost town at that time. He then told me I could go to another ups store, which I responded to moving forward I will.
Overall horrible experience with the manager. Definitely won’t be returning to this location as I didn’t appreciate his tone or attitude. But thank you girl, whoever you are cause you made that whole experience tolerable.

Not the worst thing in the world but place seems low maintained. They also charged me 50 cents for a strip of tape on an Amazon return (owner's policy). The worker though was really nice.

I find the manager and all employees very agreeable and helpful always, one girly has a rather gruff attitude but don’t take it personal….she still does whatever I need. Great location

I had a mailbox at this location. In order to renew the mailbox you have to come in person to make a payment. I am not sure why the box can't simply auto-renew, or at least offer the option to pay online. When I asked about this, the customer service rep was dismissive. She asked the manager who was standing right there about it and he said to her "tell him..." Why not just talk directly to me rather than about me as I if i weren't there. Really strange.
