Would give this 0 stars if I could. They lost my package (the only set of apartment keys). Every time I called, I was frequently on hold for more than 10 minutes, everyone I spoke to wasn't helpful, and didn't offer any options. It's been more than 3 weeks and the keys haven't been found. I'm never going here or trusting UPS again.

Most store clerks are grumpy and frowning. Not the crew at this UPS Store. They are cheerful and smiling through the whole process.

Employees are wonderful. However, it's $2 a PAGE to fax something. Lastly, I feel bad for these employees, as there is no air conditioning in this building and it is hot as hot!!! Shame on you UPS!!!

I've had a mailbox at this location for over a year now and I can honestly say that coming into this store is one of the best parts of my day. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they always seem to know exactly what I need and have it ready before I even know to ask. They know their stuff and they are so pleasant in helping out. I love coming here!

Store was swamped busy with a line out the door. Rating 5 stars because of Mike's positive vibes and efficiency.
Although, before getting to Mike, I had already reached one of his colleagues but I was missing a label so she had me step a side to send them the label I had to print, which makes sense.. they're busy; however, she made me go to the back of the line again??? Lol, I guess they get a kick off the little power some of them get. Anyway, Mike made things way better just for being nice and cool. Thank you Mike!
