You guys are Amazing! I've been with the Cherry Creek branch of UMB for way more years than I can remember. I lived near this branch when I started with UMB. My kids were little, I worked multiple shifts as a nurse; days, evenings, nights, even long 3 day weekend, -12 hour shifts!, as my kids got older & I needed more time for they're activities.
We moved several times in all those years; the kids grew up & moved away. I eventually moved out to Aurora, & I've stayed with This Bank so many years later, even though there isn't a branch out here near me.
I've grown older, I no longer drive, & it's fairly difficult for me to get to "my branch" at 7th & Colorado Blvd now.
BUT, I wouldn't change it for Anything! I've been to other branches occasionally when I needed to deposit or take out some cash & I was closer to another branch; & Yes, there are other 'banks' very near me here in Aurora. But I won't change banks for Any minor inconvenience!
All these years, these folks have "had my back"! I don't know of any other 'large' company that would ever care so much for just a single old lady, as these folks do.
I've been contacted by people who work in their system, probably miles away from me, who called me with an urgent question as to whether a couple of debits that were 'Just Then' showing up on my account, were valid. As a matter of fact, they Were valid & I was Still speaking to the agent when my, then new 'caregiver', got back from running some errands for me that had involved her using my bank card several times...Her 1st time ever using my card. She walked in concerned that she'd possibly made a mistake when trying to use my card this 1st time. UMB's agent was still on the phone with me & we were able to figure out what the issue had been, & that it WAS actually OK, Correct, & she was able to close out the incident as 'resolved' for both me & the Bank in only a matter of minutes!
These folks have always gone Way beyond anything I've ever expected, even when it was me who made a mistake. I've never had Any company ever step so far out to make sure all is good with my accounts, even as, in my "grand old age", I find I occasionally make a mistake or don't understand something on my monthly statement, They are There for me!

I may not have "loads" of money in your bank, but you make me feel that me & my accounts Do matter to your company, no matter how small, & that they're Safe with You.

Someone is making electronic withdrawals from my account in India and not only did UMB not catch it but they can’t stop it until business hours tomorrow.
Joke of a bank, zero security, extremely unprofessional phone customer service.
If someone accesses your account fraudulently after hours they have free reign of your account until the next business day. If they do it on a Saturday night they have days!
Worst bank ever.

My experiences at UMB Bank are always positive. The staff treats me like i am special every time I have to inter act or inter face with them. When I have special needs or issues they are there for me.

UMB has been my bank since before they purchased Mountain States Bank. I love the people there and prefer to go inside for transactions .

What an absolute dumpster fire of a bank. I made the mistake of refinancing my commercial property with them. The loan guy was very nice at first and promised to build a relationship and fund future investment properties. After finalizing the refi I was never able to get a hold of him again. I tried for years, talked to other loan officers, supervisors, managers, and was always told I had to deal with the guy who wouldn't respond to me. I am now in the process of taking my business elsewhere, and will be out literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost money because I got stuck with them for 5 years. Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Made me wait in line at the drive-through for 20 minutes and would not let me come in the bank for a transaction when there are three other employees sitting at their desk doing nothing.

I've been a personal, not business customer for five years at the 701 South Colorado Blvd branch. I have benefitted many times over. Their willingness to go out of their way for one middle-aged woman who will never be a millionaire is astounding. Over the last five years I have Finally mastered enough financial literacy to build an emergency fund, for the first time in my life and they have also helped me with the concept of budgeting. My goals are simple-how to get ahead of the crunch, pay down debt, build savings and manage my finances well enough to take care of hone repairs, small emergencies, and learn to be responsible with my money, not bounce my account repeatedly. I have more to learn but they are available to help.I feel more capable and I'm taking care of my future. And I have learned so much because over and over they answer my questions, coach me, and are always, always welcoming. Other banks have flashy ads. I have a team at UMB, 701 South Colorado Blvd, Denver Colorado. Thanks y'all.
