This review is long overdue… Blue Ox Artisan Builders has been working with Lukasz Gadek at Ultra Design for close to a decade now. Lukasz has far more technical knowledge than the vast majority of individuals in like positions. He is a wealth of knowledge. He is genuine, he would be personally disappointed if he sold you something that did not meet his high standards for value. We appreciate what he has done for us as a luxury home remodel and builder. Highly recommend!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Ultra Design Center. I purchased a $3,000 light fixture, assisted by Jeff Leese, and was not informed at the time of purchase that it was a final sale item. The lack of clear communication became evident when I tried to return the fixture, only to be told that it was non-returnable once installed – a policy that was never mentioned beforehand.This experience has been frustrating and costly, as I am now stuck with an expensive item that does not meet my needs. The communication was subpar, and I feel that important information was withheld during the sales process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ultra Design Center. It's crucial for customers to be fully informed about such significant policies, especially when it involves high-value items.

Bonnie at Ultra Design has been an excellant rep, she knows a lot about plumbing and generates quotes quickly and is proactive, calling me to remind me when product is due in.

I have been working with Bonnie Lyons and she has been in this industry for a long time and is extremely knowledgeable with product and very patient with my Clients. She generates quotes very quickly and is proactive, I never have to ask her..."when is that product coming in?" I consider Bonnie as part of my team.

The person we worked with, Lauren Payalaskas never got back to us. Each and every time we had to reach out to her in order to get a matter resolved. It was so stressful. All she had to do was FOLLOW UP. She never reached out on her own. She never picks up, you get her voicemail. Out of town, in a meeting. This was the second person in sales to do that to us. Products are beautiful but they are certainly not the only game in town. We will NEVER go to Ultra Design Center again. The Denver Design Center has the same products and more.

My wife and I were doing a bathroom remodel in Illinois and found ourselves spending some time in Denver. We decided to look for a showroom in Denver in order to see first-hand as many fixtures, sinks and bathroom items as we could. We stopped into the Ultra Design Center and Lauren helped us. We were honest about the project being 1,000 miles away, but Lauren was eager to assist us in our search for the perfect items. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and detail oriented. She answered all of our questions and did research before making recommendations for specific items. We decided that her help was so good and their selection so complete that we would give our business to Ultra despite it being in Denver and not back in our hometown. When we were given their offer, we found their prices were below the lowest prices we had found on the internet for the exact same items! Win, Win! We highly recommend Ultra Design Center and Lauren.

We have just re-modeled 3 bathrooms. Travis Bland at Ultra Design Center in Denver helped us pick out the perfect pieces to complete all the bathrooms. After listening to our personal preferences, he showed us a selection of items from sinks and faucets to shower heads and handles to a "soak your whole body" bathtub! We love the new look in our home. Also, we received customer service after the project as we explored other changes we might like in our home. Travis has responded in a timely manner and with great suggestions. We could not be happier. Travis will definitely hear from us for our next project!

Travis at Ultra Design Center was fantastic. We highly recommend contacting him and scheduling an appointment asap. On our first visit, he helped narrow our search of bathroom fixtures to the perfect selections, taking into account style, finish, quality, and cost. He has extensive knowledge of the many product lines.He was responsive and thorough with all of our questions and changes. When we ran into a renovation mistake that was not his doing, he was willing to take the time to help us problem solve a solution that very day.We were very happy with Ultra Design Center but especially Travis!

Travis Bland @Ultra Design is outstanding to work with!! He is conscientious, thorough, responsive, attentive & provides exceptional service!! We needed help a few years after our construction was complete and Travis remembered us and was excellent in providing guidance and was equally exceptional during our initial construction phase. I had an appointment with Lauren at 2 p.m. I showed up early as I usually do and found out she had me down for noon so, since I was not there, she went to lunch. I could not have made an appointment for noon as I had a previous appointment that day. I took some time to check things out on my own (don't expect for anyone to even speak to you much less help in any way) and left her a sticky note (it was the only piece of paper offered to me) saying perhaps we could talk on the phone. I am appalled to say I never received a call. EVEN if it had been my mistake or a misunderstanding, I AM/WAS THE CLIENT and in the 25 years of customer service I had, it would have been up to her to reach out to me. I am happy to say the next day I met with Art at The Showroom at Rampart Supply and found what I was looking for. Art was very nice and knowledgeable and the items were delivered as promised.

I can't say enough regarding Ultra Design's customer service.This was regarding an online purchase.They have been exceedingly responsive to my emails, really proactive in addressing my particular situation and took care of the problem, at some extra expence to them, in a way that saved the day for me.Thank you Ultra. Great selection and the best service in town. Thank you Travis!We found Ultra through the builder that was remodeling our home.From the beginning, the experience was great. Their new showroom is spectacular. Travis was our contact; he is so knowledgeable and helpful.Our remodeling is finished, but if we need anything, we go straight to Ultra for any hardware or fixture we may need. Travis is a phone call or an email away. Service is fast and efficient; I would definitely recommend them.
