great place, maintenance is always prompt and polite, and rent stays pretty much the same if you renew early every year.

I had a great experience living here. I'd originally sublet for 6 months and ended up staying for another 6 in a different unit. The staff are kind, helpful, and understanding. If you are a student at DU or if you're looking for an affordable furnished apartment, UHouse is a great option.
