Super nice, understanding staff. I love going here rather than any Walgreens or CVS location even though this is a bit out of my way. The pharmacists make it so worth it :) Thank you Jonathan and Robyn for always taking good care of me!

I much prefer this place to CVS and 6000 times more than Walgreens. Knowledgeable staff, v clean location. Parking can be busy under the building.

Always are able to fill our prescriptions quickly and are very nice. I wish we could still get all of our prescriptions filled here but our plan made us move most of them to one of the national pharmacies

Building is new and clean,. But there always seems to be issue with the pharmacy. I've now signed up for my Rx to be mailed in three times. But I continue to get calls that I have to come in to get them. During my last pick up my Rx's werent ready yet even though I had been notified to come in and the pharmacist stopped filling my meds to assist a woman with questions about mouthwash for 15 mins. I'd recommend getting the mail in, hopefully that works better for others.

I recently went to pick up my prescription here, and was rung up at my normal price. Then was told I could no longer use Good RX because they haven't met their quota of charging people's insurance for prescription which doubled my price. When I asked why I was told that they couldn't use Good RX if their cost for the pill was more than what I was paying. I then asked what price they paid, and was told. When I pushed again after being told they paid less than my original charge they said well it didn't count because of the quota which was a new policy from their VP of Pharmacy. When I asked to speak with that person I was told "good luck". When I called UC Health and asked to speak with her I was told "Patient can't speak with administration."
