I would not trust this company to make a ham sandwich let alone work on one of your devices.
I popped into the store one day, to see if they could help with a laptop battery repair. The associate who helped me was pleasant enough, took my order, took my money and stated the battery would be in the store for the repair in two days, from the point of placing a deposit. I'm thinking, no problems right? Well...not so much.
Upon the day the battery was supposed to arrive. I called the location just to be sure. After some waiting on hold and waiting for the associate to find out if the battery was in, I was informed it wouldn't be in until the next day. Once, again, not a hug issue. I asked them to call me when the battery came in so I could bring in the device for repair.
Two days pass. I am thinking ok, shipping issue, no biggie. I call the location. The battery will be here by Friday, I was told. Ok one week not bad to wait. So far so good. I can be patient.
A week passes and I have heard nothing from the company whatsoever. I call, they push the date again. Two weeks passes. By now I have found another solution. I call the store, an associate answers and I ask if I can get my money refunded as no service nor part was actually provided. She stated that, it was possible, all I would have to do is come in so I could receive a refund on my card.
I take time out of my day to go into the location. And then, lo and behold they have the battery! And they refuse to refund my deposit. Despite no receipt, no written or verbal statement of deposit being non-refundable, they told me to take a hike basically.
So if you are in need of repair on a device, I would suggest going anywhere else. Literally ANYWHERE!

The check in process was pretty slow
And drawn out. The guy at the front desk was nice but could have been speedier. I went in to get my screen fixed and waited all together 2 hrs (both in line and waiting for it to be fixed) only for them to tell me there was a manufacturing issue that wouldn’t allow them to fix it. I went to Apple right after and they said likely, they stripped the screw trying to get the screen off. So now I have to get a new phone or just live with it. Not sure what’s true or not but not sure I’d go back given my experience, just don’t trust it!

I went to the Denver location to get my cracked phone screen fixed, and Merci very kindly showed me that it was just a cracked screen protector! She installed the new protector I brought with me free of charge and the whole process took less than ten minutes. If something else comes up, I’ll definitely return.
