I cracked the screen on my iphone 14 and I took it there to be fixed. My iphone was working, perfectly, after the repair, my phone was never the same. The battery only last 60 seconds. I came back to the store, and my they said they fixed , but they did not. I had the same issues again. This place broke my phone and they were not able to fix it for me. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I wasted my time and now I have to buy a new phone.

Unfortunately, Verizon sent my daughter to this location and told her that her phone would be repaired for free. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They told her it was going to be $200? A waste of time that I blame on Verizon. She left without having her phone fixed and we later learn that we had to submit a claim?
