I've had an amazing experience at this storage facility, largely thanks to the incredible manager. She has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I've had, and has never said no to a request. Her dedication and kindness have made a huge difference for me, and I'm so grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend this storage place to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly service.

I NEVER do reviews on here but I wanted to take a minute and say how grateful I am to Knox self storage. The last two storages we’ve had have been nightmares. It was a breath of fresh air to have Albert help us find the perfect unit, he even allowed us to transfer to a bigger one when we found out we’d under estimated the size we needed. We were concerned about the safety of our belongings due to this being a higher crime neighborhood than we’re used to however with Albert constantly patrolling the property and staying alert we finally feel as though we found a long term place we can store our things at without having to constantly worry! Huge thanks to Albert and Ustor Self Storage!!!

I will have to say the place is a safe bet. The manager is very nice and is very helpful....I've been late on payment these last couple months been hard but they have been good with working with me...late fees aren't out the roof and staff aint rude....

I rent (3) 10’x25’ units here and have been using them since October of 2023. Albert, the manager, is BY FAR the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my many years of renting storage units all around Colorado. He is the friendliest, most helpful, and most on-top-of-things manager in all my experience. I love the 24 hour access, convenient location, clean, well-maintained facility. On top of that, the prices literally cannot be beat around the Denver area. Thanks for all you do ALBERT and U-Stor!

The customer service was definitely way better then the past employee! While that one was rude and inconsiderate, Mr.Albert G.. was anything but rude. He helped me into the right sized unit for all my belongings and made sure all paper work was filled out and filed. Very professional I must say. Very Concerned of my questions and my concerns. Very pleasant man to speak with and great people skills. The areas were kept up trimmed, clean and even smelled good.. My new unit was clean and it felt safe. I give, u store storage, a 5 *star .... When I left I didn't think of not one wrong or negative thought or even regret of rental. Thank you for the great experience!

Have had a unit here for a little under a year. Haven't had a problem, the manager is persistent with notifying us on any late payments. So on an so fourth. However someone had backed into our unit leaving a giant hole on the side of the door. Luckily it didn't break all the way through. Ontop of that come to find out someone broke into our unit. Completely trashed it. It was full from top to bottom,back to front. And everything is torn apart literally destroyed. The most frustrating part is apparently there's only two camera's located at the front gate. So not very helpful in finding the culprit. I can't stress enough how important it is to get the renters insurance. The few extra dollars is more worth it than not having insurance and not getting any money to cover the stolen items. Also take pictures everytime you go. I wish I had done this to have a better understanding of what all was taken. However the manager has been very apologetic and contacted us right away as soon as he realized something was wrong. I know the risks of having a unit but you never expect it to happen to you. All in all with having storage unit there's gonna be risks no matter what you do. Just be careful and mindful of certain stuff like renters insurance, finding a location that is properly secured with surveillance , taking pictures and or writing all that's within the unit.

I have been the storage approximately 1 year,, I Was not impressed with the previous site manager..... I think we have a new site manager As of the last 3 weeks or so. He seems to be more up on his job as at least from a security standpoint, Always available usually out on the site somewhere.... I even went by the storage around midnight about a week or so ago and he was out patrolling it His golf cart.... Thanks seem to be looking up with this new manager I think I'll go ahead to stay a month or so see what happens....

The on-site manager here is amazing! My husband and myself were in the middle of moving from a larger unit to a smaller unit. We were supposed to be done by tue end of the next bussiness day but on the way home from storage unit my husband had a stroke. When I contacted Ustor Knox Court Self Storage the next day I left a message for them to please call me back. The manager called me back within minutes. I was of course a wreck and had been at the hospital all night with my husband and then having to stress and figure out how i was gonna move our entire storage unit by myself. He could not of been more compassionate, understanding and caring. My husband and myself highly recommend this Self Storage Company because of who they now have as their on-site manager we've had a storage unit here for several years and we've seen a lot of people come and go and were hoping to see this manager here for a long time. We're at the our rental storage unit a lot and he's always working hard and is very friendly. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. My husband and myself appreciate him so much! Thank You!!
