Amazing customer service from start to finish. Their reps know the service offerings well, and were able to walk me through the options that suited our specific move. Going from a house, to a rental, and then ultimately to another house, the Relocubes were a great option to save money. We were able to store our non-essential items, but also had our essential items delivered to our rental before fully unloading at our new house. What stood out the most was the kindness and competency of everyone I interacted with at U-Pack, every time I called in. They not only saved us money compared to competitors, they treat people better too.

They delivered trailer for loading on-time. They delivered the packed trailer at destination terminal earlier than expected. The dispatch and driver personnel were profession, responsive and helpful. Arranging the final delivery to my new address was easy as well. The ramps, bulk-head walls, and trailer doors were strong and easy to use. I would recommend this service to anyone. Cost savings versus using a moving company equaled 66%!

Could not have been a better experience. We moved from AZ to CO. Truck was dropped off and everything was explained to us. The truck pickup scheduling was so easy and everyone was on time. Our truck arrived quickly and we were able to schedule drop off on the day we wanted. Highly recommend this company. Moving is already stressful and glad this process was so easy.

I just moved all of my stuff from my across the country. U-Pack made the move so convenient and reasonably priced. I was shocked that I was able to fit EVERYTHING from my 1 bedroom apartment in the U-Pack. Everything made it to my destination is such a short time and in perfect condition.

I moved from Colorado to North Carolina and would recommend them to anyone who is moving cross-country! The process was very easy and everyone in customer service was so incredibly helpful and nice. The prices were the best I have seen for moving over 1700 miles, by quite a bit. I was not there when my truck arrived but they were able to drop it off at a storage unit with no problem. This was my first time moving across the country and if I did it again, I would use their services again, no hesitation!

This company was great to work with. They were at my home with the U-Pack cube as scheduled, picked up just as scheduled. Delivered to me new home just as scheduled and picked it up just as scheduled. Everything went just as agreed, no hassles or follow up ever needed. They were a great company. #1 in my book.

I have never used anything other than Uhaul, so I was very nervous about using a moving company. U-Pack did not disappoint! The set up was very easy, they dropped off the trailer right on time. My family packed up the trailer using less than what was quoted and I paid less than what was quoted :-) The drivers moved my trailer from Colorado to New Orleans in just 4 days! In fact, the trailer reached Louisiana before we did! The ladies in the New Orleans office were very nice and professional. I will recommend to all my family and friends who are moving across states!!

Everyone was extremely rude AFTER my stuff was picked up....when I called to check on delivery times someone kept transferring me to a even ruder person and had an attitude about answering minor questions....it felt like they were rushing me off the phone...so if I need to move again I will be weighing other options ....

Moved furniture from Denver to Knoxville Tennessee and it was the easiest move we have ever did. Both drivers were great and would recommend without hesitation.
