Wow. All I can say is… amazing. Alex is so talented and so professional. All my clothes fit perfect first fitting. I was able to get custom Italian clothing for our wedding, which is a miracle considering I waited too long! She was really a pleasure to work with and helped my Wife and I find the perfect look. I just went back and had her make me another jacket cause the fit and finish are second to none when it comes to custom. It’s so worth the effort, time and money to go custom. Don’t settle for less, go for the best.

I've been working with Alex at Trumaker since January of this year. In my first consultation with Alex I immediately noticed how professional, polite, down to earth she is. She made me feel welcome right away. But what I like most about her is her attention to detail. She tries to get to know her clients in order to provide recommendations for clothing styles that fit our personality and style.My first order was a few dress shirts, a suit, and a few sport coats. Each fit like a dream and immediately I received compliments on every piece. Since then I've ordered about 20 custom shirts and two more sport coats. And we're scheduled to be fitted for more winter clothes soon.As a business owner, it's important for me to dress professionally while making a statement. I can tell you, the clothes and suggestions Alex provided have expanded my network dramatically. People compliment on my outfits on a daily basis, which leads to an introduction and new connection.Overall, my experience with Alex has been nothing but top notch. Not only does she take her craft seriously, she's also just a really awesome person and human being. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT, AND THEN REFUSE TO EVEN BE ACCESSIBLE TO TALK ABOUT YOUR REFUND!This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Before I write my story, don’t take my word for it - do your own homework. Search them on the web, try to call their 855 number. Try to get a response from any email address they list from support. Try to get a response from their COO. I wish, wish I did this homework instead of trusting the referral of a dear friend.THEY DON’T EVEN RESPOND TO THE BBB! I’VE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME, NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW FOR ANYONE BECAUSE BUSINESSES IN AMERICA USUALLY DO THE RIGHT THING. THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUSLY HORRIBLE, FRAUDULENT, AND BUILT ON LIES, DECEPTION, AND THIEVERY.I’M A VETERAN, AND THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS WHEN I FOUGHT FOR WHAT THIS COUNTRY STANDS FOR; AND THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT.In July of 2018, I paid over $4200 for 4 suits that never arrived. The first one arrived about 8 weeks after the order, and they could never get it to fit right. By October of 2018, after 4 attempts at re-sizing, I asked for a full refund. I was told “no problem” by my “Outfitter,” and then it’s been months of apologies and excuses about an integration, and the accounting department doesn’t even return her calls anymore, keeps promising a check is in the mail. The outfitter is nice, but this junk company doesn’t care about her and have her holding the bag, not supporting her, stealing her commissions.So now I’m forced to sue this company to try and get my $4k back. If you have money to throw away, and you want to supply the shadiest company on the planet with free money - that’s your call.If you’re trying to recover because you’re in the same boat (and I’ve heard that several others are), let’s join forces and do a Class Action and put this company out of business. It is pathetic I even have to post this, but if it helps one person to avoid a bad experience - then it’s worth it. I was buying custom Joseph Aboud suits @ Men’s Wearhouse, and wanted to “step up my game” by being referred to this company from a friend. That has been one of the worst decisions I ever made in my life. Buy Men’s Wearhouse/Joseph Aboud, you’ll be assured of timely, accurate, customer-focused product delivery.

I've had a truly horrendous experience with Trumaker. I bought two shirts from them, and the buttons just cracked on both of them. Never seen it on a shirt before, but literally every button broke on both shirts in the course of about 3 weeks.Since then I have been pestered by their salespeople continuously. I have been contacted by email, on LinkedIn, and via text. I have politely asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing lists and they ignore me. Honestly, I spoke with one of their reps last week asking that they please stop pestering me and she assured me I wouldn't be contacted again (while also asking if she could come to my home and remeasure me). I've received two emails from her since. Outrageously poor customer service for a company who claims to be a high-end experience.

Fantastic customer service and attention to detail! Kara fitted me for several shirts and 4 pair of kaki pants. Very happy with the quality and attentiveness that this company provides.
